Another Youtuber promoting his bullshit here.
Abs the most aesthetic muscle? Bullshit. It is the V taper, the most important muscles to work for aesthetics is shoulders and back. Even when you ask fitness women they'll confirm this. I'm not even sure if I would put abs on the second place. Forearms and chest seem to be more important on the first thought.
It is the same opinion for all women on average. My point is that even fitness women, who are familiar with the effort needed to stay lean for those abs, still prefer shoulders/back.
Those dad bod studies is just reinforcement of this preference, because it is just an athletic build with a higher bf.
In simple terms it is more important to look athletic in clothes than having visible abs.
One of the main reasons why you have visible abs is because you have a bf% of about 10%.
This is also more visible in your overall frame, your face and your waist is thinner compared to the shoulders. This is probably what makes you the most attractive
My abs are visible even with a little bit higher bf of about 12-14%. This is also the range of bf that is most likely the best overall in terms of health and aesthetics in the long term. This

sorry but women prefer this over the guy in the op
is a healthy bf and looks great.
Being lean and looking healthy do not necessarily go hand in hand. This means having an impressive six pack could also mean you look like Jake Gyllenhaal in Nightcrawler. There needs to be a proper foundation overall so you can still look athletic and healthy with lower bf. So prioritizing the abs for the aesthetic look is wrong, especially because most of the time women (we all do it for them) won't even see your abs.
Can somebody post that screenshot of that shoulder anon who looks like shit without a shirt? He said women just go along as soon as they seem him naked, past the point of return.
This is another confirmation for: >In simple terms it is more important to look athletic in clothes than having visible abs.
its a solid guide, i do agree that abs are the most aesthetic muscle with the v-taper coming in second place, ive seen more skinny guys with abs in relationships than jacked guys with solid v tapers so you should get the abs first and then get the v-taper second.
The point is not the abs, it's the low body fat percentage. Women respond really strongly to that, maybe because you evolutionary are a better runner and can hunt animals, maybe it is also a sign of youth, but having that lean face is what women love
>said high reps doesn't do shit for abs >said high rep push-ups work for the chest
yeah, sure buddy.
100% of what he says was already discussed here and youtube endless times.
>I wanted to look like Zyzz
Zyzz wasn't that big all the time, peak zyzz was much smaller.
Also >I got 32 numbers and 149 matches
Means fricking nothing, all that matters are lays.

None, I don't watch fitness videos.
