      Yes, and most people tend to put their head down when trading punches, which is ripe for an uppercut. Fighting should be avoided if possible, but every man should know how. Keep your feet bros, and try to punch "through" their head. Stop holding your breath lol.

        Looking for a general opinion. I mostly practice vague judo and vague kickboxing. My legs are a lot stronger than my arms from years of soccer and running and while I have decently strong arms, my release is a lot slower. I've always followed the rule that I could get suddenly fricked up by a single punch or kick that hits weird. Like those 1 in a million cases where a punch at the wrong time can frick up your heart or burst an organ or give you an aneurysm. So I always focus on going for immediately getting somebody grappled or off their feat and to the ground followed by just trying to kick or stomp the shit out of them or grappling their arms. Does this seem decently reliable? I've only had to really do it like... 2 or 3 times and its usually against drunks, but I'd rather be the pussy who walks away alive after snapping someones knee than the cool guy who ends up in the hospital because he tried to be an action hero.

    i've got to respectfully disagree
    exercising everyday is important to maintain discipline
    powerfat routines are a meme for natties unless you want, you know, to look like an ugly mass of lard
    low weight extreme high volume is good for conditioning, which is more important than pure raw strength (which you will never use outside the gym)

      Man, I wish I actually realized that before falling for IST memes like SS+GOMAD and 1/2/3/4.
      I had already become too fat. Thank God I stopped following these powerlift programs before going too deep into the rabbit hole.

      Not OP but that is unnecessary. For athletes the optimal protein intake was 1.0g-1.4g protein per kg body weight. Even if you are a fat lard at 100kg you will not see any improvement from more than 140g of protein

    I've never been bigger than when I did 6 day PPL consistently. If you're not built for it no routine is gonna help you tho. I don't do it any more purely because I value my time more than living in the gym these days. 3 days is sufficient but 6 was arguably better
