    It's way too easy to over-treat yourself unless you're doing some kind of athletic training.
    Just lifting weights burns less calories probably your protein shake after. Even if you're replacing lunch entirely that's in the ballpark of 1300 kcal even more if you get a drink and fries. Which doesn't leave much for dinner, breakfast, snacks or beverages.
