Sweet bro. Just remember to actually start it. Don't let the act of posting about it be a stand-in for actually doing it. It's too easy to say you'll do something and feel like that's enough. Best of luck on the cut

why would i assume good faith when everyone is known for doing all this performative druggie shit like oh dude tomorrow im gonna quit for sure, ive already made all the plans and im visualizing my future im gonna manifest...this time for sure bro!!!

if someone has made zero actual effort why would i congratulate them? im gonna assume op just wants to feel good about himself right now because thats what everyone else who makes posts like this does. 'buying the proper groceries' b***h please i bet you were the guy congratulating that slob in the other thread for 'working on being proactive' about cleaning up his room which would take less than ten minutes

it's too hard bro theres some holiday every other week, and everytime you break your cut you'll demotivate yourself. Just make the most of the extra calories and maybe put on some muscle imo

Thanksgiving and Christmas are the worst ones though. Especially Thanksgiving. Everyone looks at you like you're the devil if you say you're on a diet during the dinner

                >Everyone looks at you like you're the devil if you say you're on a diet during the dinner
Because you are. It is a winter feast for bonding with your family. It's one cheat meal. Just fast the next day, and you're back to where you started. Do a 48hr fast if you must.

                Anonymous

Frick off. Might as well eat everytime someone brings in donuts if "you can le fast le day after" is your answer

I'm not saying I won't eat, but I don't want to pig out and have the cliche giant plate of food everyone expects you to have. A cup of chicken, half cup mash, half cup mac, half cup stuffing no pie, no alcohol. No leftovers

Do you eat donuts for Thanksgiving? Donuts are pure sugar. If someone brings donuts to Thanksgiving, don't eat them.

Thanksgiving food in my family consists of
                >Turkey and Ham (protein)
                >cornbread dressing (pretty carby, NGL)
                >sweet potatoes (low-GI carbs....this is actually good)
                >Green bean casserole (It's green beans and cream)
                >roasted Brussel sprouts & bacon
                >mashed potatoes

The above foods are basically fine for one day. You might want to skip the dressing if you're being anal about this. The problem you might run into is portion size. Don't eat until you're going to puke. Focus on the meat and greens.

Bigger question: why are you starting this shit now? If you had started dieting two months ago, you'd be ready for a cheat meal. You fricked this up, not your family. Don't be an ungrateful dick. It's home cooking. Eat the food! The whole idea of Thanksgiving was that you would fast after this meal.

It's still more food and calories than rice and chicken if you eat everything. I'd rather not eat than give myself an excuse to fail.

                >doesn't want to eat the scary green bean casserole

I hope your family disowns you over this.
