Tips for losing weight?

I need some tips for losing weight and a good diet to go with. I've tried countless times to stay on a calorie deficit, and have failed every single time. I really want to change this time around and hopefully some tips will get me there. I am mostly sedentary and also looking for a workout plan I can easily follow. My BMI is 45.2
But I already have MyFitnessPal on my phone. Username is jakeexk if you want to add me.

anything really. I have already cut junk food out completely but it's only been 2 days since I've started. I am on a 1500 calorie deficit currently, but I don't know what type of foods I should eat. I am already having uncontrollable urges to binge eat food already. What do you recommend me to start adding into my diet? other than just regular foods I already eat

look into keto, and or fasting. If you're afraid of the keto diet theres not much risk doing it for 1 month or so. When doing these 2 I have no compulsion to eat trash food, when I feel like eating junk I can always delay it to my free day.

      Recommendations for keto:
Have a free day where you can eat whatever, plan it in. I have one around 1 a week or 1/5 days etc.

If you are in the habit of snacking, have replacement snacks, stuff like macadamia nuts etc

Are you eating more than 1500 calories and then exercising enough to burn that down to 1500 or just eating 1500. You may need to assist your caloric intake up a little or identify when you get hungry during the day and get the majority of your calories then. There's no set answer here. It's going to take introduction on your part to understand your habits and analysis to see where you may being going wrong and how you can fix it.

If you have access to cooking facilities it's easier to log calories but also you get more food for the calories, if you cook at home from relatively healthy basic ingredients and cut back on the sauces, oils etc. Takeaways are really bad at this point.
Also if you used to eat fast food, takeaways, snacks etc then you're gonna hit by cravings, it's the addiction. You just have to power through it.

It'd be best if you could just try to eat healthy basic stuff like eggs, a slice or two of wholegrain bread, fruit and veg (fresh, none of that sugar water canned /fruitcup shit), lean protein (tuna or chicken etc), beans, potatoes, greek yogurt (unsweetened) etc. etc. Eat REGULARLY 3 meals a day - if you leave off meals and try to fast it increases the chances of slipping. Also drink lots of water, helps stave the hunger.

If you can power through 2 or 3 weeks of bland homemade basic food there's a chance it'll wean you off the fast food addictions, but it's gonna be harder if you slip and get heavily processed readymade foods. So I'd avoid a "cheat day" per se, at least at first.

Like, just eat with variety, avoid takeout, fast food, snacks etc and try to cook at home, log the calories (weigh your ingredients), lots of water etc. Foods with fiber can maybe help you feel sated longer and relatively low fat foods like idk, zucchini or broccoli whatever can have a lot of volume and nutrition but rather low calories so just lightly roasting those and adding some salt and pepper might be good?

Jesus, stop eating junk food and drinking soda/alcohol. That’s not even dieting, it’s trying to not be a human garbage can.

Counting calories only works to a point. Everyones bmr is different, so deficit calculators don't work, you can't accurately track your bodyfat %, you can't track how many calories exercise burnt, food packages lie and it's impossible to get an accurate read on whole foods. The only way is to make sure is to try to get enough protein and go to sleep hungry.

For working out just try to get walking and keep getting steps. For food just focus on cooking your own food. Easy meals can be 8oz meat 1/2 cup carb and as much vege as you want. Don't coat it all in oils though. Uses spices not sauces.
Steam, grilling and the oven are your friends here.

Raw chicken tenders, seasoning, and an air fryer. Get veggies and pita bread and eat it nightly. No pita bread and just make a salad if you’re a hards ass. It’s so simple easy good it’s stupid. Walk daily lift and run a few days a week. Takeout to an absolute minimum and if you do get it no fries no soda.

Here's your little tip: draw a line in the fricking sand and say NEVER AGAIN. NEVER FRICKING AGAIN. Literally that's all you have to fricking do. Stop bargaining with yourself. Oh i'll just have one, oh i'll just have this one burger, this is the last time SHUT THE FRICK UP b***h. Close that fricking window as soon as it opens. We don't negotiate with terrorists, b***h. And you've been terrorizing yourself for too long. With your little snacks. With your fat homosexual treats. Your pizzas. Your sodas. Sitting on your fat ass doing nothing useful all day long. It's time to say NEVER FRICKING AGAIN. GET OFF YOUR ASS. PUT DOWN THE TWINKIES b***h. GET YOUR ASS TO THE GYM RUN THOSE breasts OFF LETS FRICKING GOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO

Just eat less and exercise more until you binge eat from the hunger or suffer acute and chronic complications from malnutrition.
