You never “fix” problems. By their very nature they never go away.

It happens, bro. How desperate is your current situation financially? Are we talking enough money to last two months without a job or is it I'm so far behind on my debt if I don't have X hundred dollars by tomorrow I'm going to get stabbed by loan sharks bad? Of course, the best way to solve anything financial is technically always just get a higher paying job but that's not always immediately possible. If you've got spare stuff you can sell that's always a good start as well as cancelling any subscriptions/payments you don't need. As a backup you can also usually call anyone companies you owe money to and ask for a pause, it will cause some debt to pile up but if it gives you enough space to get to the point where you can pay everything back that's fine.
I know it sucks to prioritise the financial aspect but unfortunately that generally tends to be what keeps you in a stable position to improve the emotional, spiritual, etc parts of your life. You'd find it a lot harder to cheer up sleeping on a pavement. Aside from that, the number one thing I'd recommend is just going for a walk everyday. It helps you physically, emotionally, financially I guess too because you can walk somewhere instead of drive and it stops you spending money because you're busy walking.

You know what, thank you anon.

Financially I could be worse, I'm not going homeless or nothing but basically I'm living very frugally so that one day Im no longer in the shit situation I'm in. However I'm also in that kind of situation in which if anything goes wrong, I'm going to be completely Fricked. So just living with that on my mind makes it harder to focus.

I also just don't have time for the shit I use to do that would allow me to vent/express myself, so I'm stuck doing it on a Chinese basket weaving forum.

But I think you’re point with walking is a good start. It's not hard to do and won't take up to much of my time. I'll try that first.

      Thank you anon

Ugh can relate.. I'm frugal with my money and am able to get by, but if something bad happens (a trip to the ER, car accident, etc) I'm royally fricked.

I need to start walking again too.. Every time I do it I forget how therapeutic it is. I feel good afterwards and actually think through some problems.

Hang in there bro. This society might be a fricked ass mess, but we can't let it take our soul.

NoFap is the foundation you need to build on. Fapping saps your energy and makes you depressed and lethargic. You are draining your life force. Once you can achieve a long streak, you will find your energy levels are high and you don’t even need to sleep as much.

If you stay the course and keep moving, the rest will follow. You will gravitate toward a better diet, healthy habits, etc. Just keep your hands off your dick and don’t watch porn.

In a similar situation. Long story short I had everything together a couple years ago.. Fitness, health, finances, etc. Some shit happened outside of my control and although I'm still doing very well, I'm just in this weird rut.. I have no right to complain, everything is somewhat going well, but for some reason I feel low and that some things could be better.

Not sure if this will help for you OP, but what I've decided to do is reevaluate my goals and what I want to achieve in life. Looking back I seem to be a pretty goal oriented person, but I noticed that if I have no set goal and if I'm just doing stuff just because with no real reason, then I start to question myself and become unsure of myself which leads to anxiety and low confidence. So you need to ask yourself. What do you want to do and why? And then break it down to a day by day routine.

It's time to go back to the drawing board and figure out what will make you happy and find the steps to achieving it. Set a reasonable schedule to get shit done one day at a time. Make a plan of action for things you know you NEED to do, whatever it may be, in order for your day to feel successful (working out, chores, cooking a healthy meal, etc). If you are able to finish what you set out to finish each day, you will feel accomplished in what you did for that day, which will build discipline and allow you to take on harder or more things over time.

Sorry if this is a general ass answer.. But it's a building block way of thinking that's helping me right now. Sometimes you gotta go back to the basics idk.
