            Also fats in peanut butter help you stay full longer. Same with fats in eggs. So i am eating filling food. But I'm basically skipping dinner everyday.

                No, you should ditch the processed trash and eat real food. Replace the eggo waffles with Greek yogurt or egg whites or something. Yes, replace the protein bar with more chicken. 5 oz is about the same calories of the protein bar but contains lots more protein. No 5oz is not a lot.

                If those numbers are correct, you're eating way, way less than you should, and your body is probably burning fat AND body mass to cope with the physical activity.
                From what I'm getting by reading your replies, you are absolutely fricking clueless about how food works, so if you have the money try talking with a nutritionist ASAP before you damage your body for good.
                I guess you could also just research on your own what to eat and all that, but it takes time, attention and some trial and error

                Well if I take out the protein bar I'll have 200 calories to play with. That's 4oz of chicken thigh and 28g of protein but I'll have to have some kind of sauce on it so maybe 300 calories

                This. Chicken is actually really good when cooked properly. I just lightly olive oil a whole pack of frozen chicken, salt and pepper it, and some montreal steak spice on top. Cook it for like 55 minutes in the oven on low like 165, and its extremely juicy and tasty without any sauce.

            Yeah, eggs are good, but too many is more a bulking thing tbh. I’ll still eat 1 or 2 for the micronutrients and all the other benefits, but the rest I’ll sub for egg whites.
            Also, can I ask what’s with the eggos and peanut butter? Waffles in general aren’t gonna be good for a cut, especially something as calorie dense and processed as eggos, and peanut butter, while delicious, is way too calorie dense for a cut.

                Fair enough, and if it’s working for you macro wise and hunger wise, that’s fine I guess. Just be aware that given what you said your goal body is, you’re gonna have to be really on point once you start getting in the sub-12% range, and that will likely mean cutting it out of your diet for a little while, or restricting it to a special treat rather than a staple.
                For what it’s worth, you may look into pb2 powder. Same general taste, especially in a protein shake, but a lot fewer calories. It’s what I personally go with if I’m craving peanut butter on a cut.
                Also, gonna have to echo what the other Anon’s said, 1.2k calories seems like way too little. You say you’re fine losing mass as well as fat, but that’s not gonna get you to your goal. You want to maximize fat loss while minimizing muscle loss in order to look like you want to, other wise you end up with a smaller, lighter but not any more aesthetic or lean version of how you look now.
                Also, gonna be frank, at 5’7 157 lbs, if you don’t already look like your goal boast, you’re going to at least need to do one or two lean bulls to look like this
