What are you bros doing to increase your testosterone levels?

- Lifting
- Meditation
- Sleep 8hrs a day
- Eating 500g of red meat
- Eating 4 eggs a day
- Raw milk
- Selenium, Vitamin D, Magnesium, Zinc tablets
- 3-4 hrs of sunlight a day
- Martial arts x2 a week
- Cutting seed oils, preservatives, sugars and multi-ingredient processed foods
- Keeping body fat below 20%
- Avoiding BPAs and PFAs as much as possible
- No alcohol
- No porn
- Going out of comfort zone
- Smoking a cigar once a month
- Hiking once a month
- Sunbathing my balls
- Taking leadership in university projects
- Picking the winning teams in Premiere league

Anything I missed that could help? I wanna get to at least 1000 ng/dl. Also any unknown benefits of high T as well?

      My current regime is Colonel Bogey march repeated 40 times. If I still feel like I got more whistlin' inside of me I'll go through popular childrens nursery rhymes. I think its working. Not yet got superpowers but Im feeling terrific

    Increasing your T levels is meaningless if your androgen receptors aren't soaking any of it up.

    no not particularly, it's less harmful than weed and also has been successfully trialed as male birth control with the only side effect being some moderate lean body mass gain

      Anyway I basically just take zinc, exercise, and rarely drink alcohol.

    - Lifting (injured so mostly only lifting metal fence around the farm and doing pushups)
    - Meditation (zazen, but also meditating whenever i'm doing normal activities)
    - Sleep (i sleep like a bear and alarms don't wake me up, i like 10 hours but usually get 6, trying to work in 8 every night)
    - Sunlight on my balls for 30 mins
    - ran out of money for BJJ membership, now i just act like a street tough and get practice from local wankers
    - don't eat refined sugars, just fresh fruits and berries a little bit
    - lowering bf% with easy cardio like walking and golf plus intermittent fasting, which makes me feel good
    - drink alcohol rarely and pair it with a lot of water
    - i don't watch porn, i AM porn
    - i like to go on 'adventures' once a week or twice a month where i just go along with whatever drunken antics are occurring in the 'party district'. made friends with an Afghan who cooked me halal food a while back, he was a cool bro.
    - standing up for yourself in dangerous situations activates the 'don't be a b***h' region of your brain and signals to onlookers that you are a real man ready to fight
    hope this helps anon. i don't ever worry about my T levels directly, nor have I had them tested. unless it's clinically low there's no reason to measure it for me

      you can manually modulate your T levels using the power of your mind alone if you know how activate that region of your brain on command. few understand this.

    great way to increase your test is to constantly have your hands above your head. I do it during my hour walk, when I sleep, etc. it increases blood flow and test production. the trick is to always make sure they're 100% straight tho.
