As for Tongkat Ali I'd say there probably are some benefits. I definitely noticed my dick was more responsive than usual when I took some. For the past few months I've been following a protocol where I take 1 pill every 2 days during the 15 day period around full moon (where T levels tend to drop) and I stop taking it for the other 15 days of the month. FYI it was the Solaray brand as in your OP picture.

Kind of but not full blown ED but just lack of morning wood and I couldn’t perform if I had been drinking. Also fin is so potent that even quarter of the normal dose should be still be around 60% serum DHT reduced. I’m just saving money and being cautious of sides with the 0.25 and see no reason to increase dose since it’s working and I’m getting back to NW1 from maybe like NW2.5-3?

It works pretty well again you cycle it I like to cycle it with ashwagandha so I'll do tongkat Ali and Maca for 2 or 3 weeks and then I'll do ashwagandha for 2 weeks I find it doesn't really make you more horny or aggressive I'm starting to think estrogen might actually have more to do with that but it does give you a smooth focused almost stoic energy.
