Too overwhelmed with everything

Took up lifting, running, tennis, playing the piano, cooking, baking and meditating but I am already absolutely overwhelmed with everything. What lifting routine do I do, what exercises do I pick, how far should I run, what stretches should I do after, how often should I play tennis and then on top I have like 300 years worth of classical music as well as music history to learn on the piano, readings in buddhism about meditation, what do I cook, how do I bake
ON TOP I am going to start a college degree in electrical engineering this fall at 25 years old, I have been a NEET until now.
I am trying to get my life together but my head is exploding what the frick please help guys.

I can't do less or else it will take even longer for me to integrate into society, become a normal person, get some friends and maybe even a girlfriend (very out of sight).

If you're planning on getting a woman drop the cooking and baking past a basic level she can do it for you

No, I have to become a complete one-man-army. A guy who is educated (degree), good job/income, can cook/bake/laundry/clean/repair stuff, excellent shape, strong, plays a sport, a music instrument, good mental health, cares about his looks/fashion etc.
I don't expect girls or a girlfriend to do anything for me at all, I can do all of it and for her.

Stop running, you're already getting your cardio from tennis

Looked at how some of the pros train and they usually do a 5 mile run 1x a week as well as run some intervals in a track 1x a week.

Not for any decent woman. If she truly loves you, she will want to play her part

I am mid-twenties and never had a girlfriend. I doubt I can find a decent women, let alone one who loves me. I probably have to settle for one who tolerates me.

that's not true. Your either trolling or your mind is buckbroken by women. If you want to do the shit your described for yourself then fine but there are men out there who do a fraction of all that shit, some none of it, and have a woman. If your idea of a woman is some bloodsucking bimbo who does nothing for you, you're much better off alone than with someone like that

                >I doubt I can find a decent women, let alone one who loves me.
Focus on what you consider decent, and that she at least initially likes you.
Don't just go for the baddie with big breasts.
You'll find someone, but don't ignore her when you do.

Why are you trying to do everything in the most difficult way?
There's a lot of stuff that you can't know until you do it, don't try to run before you can walk.
Start with the easiest possible iteration of what you want to do and work from there.
    >lifting
Starting strength. Read the fricking book, it will guide you.
    >running
    C25K. come on.
    >Tennis
Idk, you might need lessons and a coach for that, of maybe some other anon can direct you
    >Piano
    Suzuki method.
    >Cooking and baking
Come on, there's a board for that. If you don't want to ask IST, start with rice and chicken, and make it tasty.
    >Meditation
Yoga nidra. Easy, simple, guided. Can't go too wrong, and once you have started it will be easier to continue

stop overthinking exercise, choose a proper push pull legs routine or similar (plenty are available online) and stick to that, focus on at the very least okay form and NOT doing the reps super quickly, it's that simple. Run before and/or after the gym when the weather is nice, run on the treadmill when it's not. Drop unnecessary shit that's simply bloating your schedule, or at least until you get a proper gist of everything else. Tennis, piano, baking, those things can be great hobbies if you're not autistically sperging out about everything else, but you will likely have zero time for them once you start really studying. Learn how to cook normal healthy meals, learn to have a workout routine where you don't overthink everything, learn to study and probably work while you have to do those things. Once you've done that, you can incorporate more stuff in your days. If tennis and playing the piano are the only things keeping you going, replace some other hobby with them, but know that the results from tennis will be different than those from the gym for instance.
Alternatively keep everything as it is and just stop worrying about it bro. In the end consistency is key in everything, no matter what you do

I answered your question a week ago. You are mentally jerking off wanting responses that sound good just to fantasize about following through and not making any changes.
    >5:25 rule
In the top 5 rank the top 3 and only focus on those. Hint hint, tennis can replace running. Or you can take a break from tennis and run once or twice a week. Lifting can be done 3 days full body. That gives plenty of time for your studies, while still probably having time to practice piano.

Your willpower is a muscle, which means it gets stronger when you use it, and weaker when you don’t use it. You have to treat your willpower exactly like you would treat a muscle. Do you go into the gym on day one and try to benchpress 300 pounds? No, you start with what you can handle, and as you gain strength you put more and more weight on the bar.

So applying this concept to self-development: You have to start small, and THEN SCALE UP. If you have been a NEET your whole life then your willpower is so weak its very likely that you can’t do all that shit you just mentioned. Real success isn’t about trying to change your life overnight, its about taking it one small step at a time, as everyone here can attest. good luck bro.
