You have to live on Top Ramen for 1 week. What is your recipe to make this as gain-friendly and IST as possible
Rules:
1. You may choose any flavor you want. But you have to stick to that flavor the whole week.
2. You may choose up to 5 additional ingredients, anything goes
3. No subbing out the noodles, you have to use the ones in the package
4. You must use at least half the flavor packet in your dish. You can use additional seasonings but they count as your 5 ingredients
>eww I would never subject myself to eating this slop

Brutal
also, i already answered your question, but IDK why you gays keep buying ramen. buy a big fricking bag of potatoes, jasmine rice, beans/lentils. what are you doing?
I've been eating a bowl of noodles with a slice of bread every day for years for lunch. It's easy and cheap. Like $1 cheap.
i know how cheap noodles are, everything i've listed is cheaper per ounce. you do get that right? if you just "like noodles" then yeah go ahead. i'm just saying. you'd save money doing what i said. i was poor for a long time, and i'm rich today but still buy things frugal and have lots of extra cash because i do this. you'd be surprised on how much you're actually wasting on this stuff
Beans and rice is only cheaper if you buy those beans you have to soak yourself and the huge ass rice bags. I know because I used to eat it but at least noodles has variety. Couldn't PAY me to go back to beans and rice. Also it's not just about price but continence. Pretty damn difficult to beat pouring water into a bowl and waiting.
Buy a pressure cooker and bulk prep your beans homosexual. Instant Pot and other electronic stand-alone models also have a slow cooker so that you can let the beans simmer overnight. Way better than fricking Ramen.
add eggs, potatoes, carrots, raw brisket, green onions
Any flavor. Throw out half the packet make sauce with the rest + peanut butter, onions sauce, sugar, cornstarch. Top with chopped green onion or add chicken. There’s your 5 ingredients. Enjoy homosexuals
Only 1 additional ingredient needed and it's 1 egg, add it in right before you add in the noodles. Personally I like to crack the egg in a little mixing bowl and whip it up and then pour it into the boiling water right before the noodles but there's many different ways to add an egg to a soup.
shin ramen is so much better
top ramen takes like how socks smell
Hot and Spicy Beef. I'd add grilled steak, air fried potatoes, sautéed bok choy, and crushed peanuts. Milk on the side to drink along with it. I could live (a notably shorter lifespan) on that
Pork flavor.
Egg (versatile, can have it boiled or stir it in)
Salt
Chili powder or cayenne for spice
A rotisserie Chicken (To keep it cheap, a rotisserie chicken will be used throughout the week and hunks of meat will be put into the ramen with each meal to increase protein)
Just learn to fricking cook, anon.
Chicken breast and chives. I pout the packet onto the side of the dish and not into the noodles. I havw broken no rules.
You know those eggs that come in the ramen when you go to a ramen shop? (Picrel). Well if you make them yourself it elevates a regular bowl of top ramen to a 5 star dish
For the marinade, put some onions sauce, mirin, and sake (my grocery store didn’t have sake so I had to go to BevMo) in a small pan and heat it up until it’s simmering. Let it cook for 2 minutes (boils off the alcohol). You can also add some sugar and a little garlic powder for a really deep flavor. Let the marinade chill.
For the eggs, heat up some water until it’s boiling and place the eggs in for 7-7 1/2 minutes. No more. Immediately place in ice bath until they are cold. Not necessary, but HIGHLY recommend you add some white distilled vinegar to the boiling water before you add the eggs because peeling soft boiled eggs is a lot tricker than you might think, the vinegar will help you peel the eggs after they’ve cooled.
Place the eggs in the marinade. Let them sit in the marinade for at least 8 hours (about 24 hours is ideal though). They can chill in the marinade for about 5 days.
They are kinda a b***h to prepare but they make your ramen next level. You can even add a spoonful or two of the marinade to your broth and it makes it so much more flavorful.
*onions sauce, not onion sauce.
Ok so the board filters out the word S O Y into the word onion. So yeah
