Cum

mozzarella (real italian one)
Drinking cum is always gay, expect Crim, who's a real hermaphrodite and you can always claim to drink femenine cum.
Thought pretty much same.
Still pretty gay, but it's a girl with girl hole, so there's that
Fricking Crim would only make you 50% gay. Traps, fembois and troons are 100% gay though
I would break that buck
came here to post this. think he comes pre-broken for domestic ownership though
did he have aids or something?
Probably cheese and eggs and all that stuff, I remember reading somewhere the protein binded with fat is best absorbed.

Eggs. right now, conventional eggs at Walmart cost about ten cents per egg. For one dollar, you get 60 grams of top tier, digestible and micronutrient rich protein.
>Walmart eggs
Enjoy the arsenic, PFAS, cortisol, and shit nutrient profile
if you eat supermarket meat you are probably better off being vegetarian
fricking disgusting
Lamb
highest estrogen among meats, like, really high
Grilled mackerel. It’s a delicious, oily fish. Usually prepared simply grilled.
Brewer's yeast.
Wait...
How much can i eat before shitfest?
It happens that i can have a lot of brewer's yeast for cheap.
Why don't you try it and post your findings?
You weren't supposed to let them know about the forbidden marmite protein gains. All of Australia will make you pay.
another wild thing is that yeast extract is a complete protein
there is a dairy product called quark and a variety of it with the German name Magerquark, I'm not sure there's an anglosphere equivalent
3g of sugar per 11g of protein, zero fat and zero starches plus today it exists mostly as a byproduct of the dairy industry's fatty slop, so it's quite cheap
by itself it doesn't taste great, but I mix it with some sweetener, lemon juice and matcha powder and then it tatstes like sugary fruit-flavored yoghurt

Quark. Great to eat on cut. Just eat 250g right out of the tub, get it down you.
Britbongs be eating rations of subatomic particles just to stay alive... I'll stick with my whey and steak thanks bro
shrimp and oikos (or any other brand with at least 40% protein to 60% carbs) greek yogurt 0%.
Good answer
meat, eggs, and dairy is all you need there's no plant superfoods
Tofu. Sóyscare runs deep.
it's mostly just water, 100g has less than 20g of protein. I never saw the point of using it over any lean meat.
Rabbit
Why blonde is blushing..? W..what did she put in the milkshake!?
beef tendon chads we keep munching
I think tendons and other connective tissues are not complete proteins
Would drink it from the right one since that is a futa (not gay)
Canned salmon is a great one. You can usually find it in bulk at places like Costco and one can has about 35 g protein/2 g fat.
I live in Japan and my secret protein snack is Atarime, which is dried squid Jerky.
100 grams is composed of
68 grams of protein
4 grams of fat
1 gram of carbs
1 gram of dietary fiber
and 5 grams of sugar.
It fills you up quick and takes a while to chew through if you're dieting.
Perfect food item.
I love dried squid. A friend of mine is married to a thai girl and i bribe her mom to bring me as much as possible when she visits
best post itt so far.
nice one anon
fit ignores tofu a lot
Crim is the only good one here
1) Who wouldn't want to taste the juice of an angel?
2) Crim is essentially female except for the wiener
astolfo is fit though
I'd have chugged that down before they could finish talking
If live in Norway, try the YT products, they're a bit expensive, but they're so fricking good.
