Does it work? I went to the derm and he noticed I had early MPB. He prescribed me some. He said there would be no side effects for topical fin.

Literally contradicted by all the research except for incredibly dilute doses that you probably can't realistically make yourself; go read the topical fin paper from the 90s. Too lazy to go find it myself, but all this topical anti-androgenic shit ALWAYS enters the blood in the end. Finasteride has an extremely logarithmic effect curve which means that even very small amounts have drastic effects on DHT levels (and more doesn't do much more).
Doctors are charlatan practitioners, don't forget that.
Can't be as bad than the oral fin trannies, right?
In practice the fact that it enters the serum at all means that it builds-up and you end up with the same systemic DHT reduction, except with a less convenient application method that endangers people around you (fin is real bad for women/kids).
Both fin and minox are shitty, dangerous drugs unfortunately. It sucks there isn't anything better for MPB, but it's not like these drugs don't have consequences.
>inb4 "ive been on fin for 10 years, no sides". Yeah, no sides that you're aware of you fricking moron. It's impossible for fin to have no sides if it's literally tanking a hormone by 70% (which is a side in and of itself).
I always love it when insecure hairlets cope by calling people who actually fix their hairlines trannies
it's pathetic, baldie. they're orders of magnitude more manly than you and your soon-to-be-shaved head
Fin is used by trannies, anon.
yes, and by normal people too.
Source?
how do you think "women" grow their balding hair back
0.005% solution stops hairloss and doesn't affect serum DHT
What about caffeine shampoo? Huberman said it might be as effective as minox
There are side-effects, while rare, but I think legally he had to disclose them to you. I'm on min+fin as well. I'm between a Norwood 3 and 4. Only been on both for a few weeks. My main motivation for it was balding on my crown. If it can at least fill that in some I'll be pleased. The fin will very likely stop your hairloss, but I've heard that min only provides significant long-term regrowth for 60% of men. In about a year or two you'll find out if you're in the unlucky 40% who can't regrow on it.
What sides have you had?
>while rare
kek look at you lying to this newbie got damn.
I am on oral fin, kind of stopped my balding but its gotten pretty bad as a end state. As the other anon says, probably will enter the blood stream, and there will be negative side effects (I dont have any atm, taking four years now) that will come up later I am pretty sure.
If I ever start to bald, I hope I don't turn into a fricking homosexual who cries himself to sleep every night.
Yeah, some people take dutasteride as its a little more aggressive. I'm barely losing hair but I'm just taking topical min for now
Just stop using shampoo and conditioner and also stop eating PUFA and also stop jerking off more than a few times a week bam hair growth no I don't have any evidence please just understand that I'm correct
topical min + rosemary oil topical working ok for me but i think i get headaches
>le rosemary oil
just do me a favor and shut the frick up
hairlet threads are always worth a read for a quick chuckle
balding sucks
i'm 29 and it's already very bad
by 35 i'll probably need to shave it all or get a hair transplant
i hope it doesn't happen to you anons, fricks up your mental state like you wouldn't believe
