    I use the StrongLifts app and I must say It’s pretty cool. The free version is great if you do the standard program.

      Used to use excel. I still have google sheets and whatnot, I'm a data scientist (meme-ish job but mine does require hardcore stats) and I love fricking with the numbers; fitting kalman filters seem to be the best for tracking "actual" weight vs the ups and downs of daily water/salt/food intake
      That said, I recently switched to MacroFactor and I fricking love it. Its expensive as hell, I shill it on here for those of us with $, the auto-adjustments are super nice and tend to outperform my generic data fitting.
      I use Strong to track workouts and used to use cronometer for tracking calories, which I think I actually still prefer the way it functions over the logging in macrofactor, but it might just be a familiarity thing
