My traps look too big, what exercises should I avoid if I want to minimize my trap gains?
I feel they are already too developed, I don't want to train them anymore at least for a while to see if they shrink a little and how it will look.

Uh don't deadlift or row heavy.
The honest truth is that most people's juiced progressions look like shit and I feel like I could accomplish it natural.
I got big traps naturally. My back is my strong point. Deadlifts give me crazy trap DOMS.
You'll want to do a lot of rack pulls to fix this. Good luck.

Kinda obvious you should avoid lateral raises (unless you can isolate your delts and minimize how much your traps get involved)
Spam lat pulldowns, contrary to the name you can get your traps activated by retracting your scapula (shoulder blades) hard and focusing on that motion as opposed to using your arms to pull the weight. (Think of your hands as hooks that anchor the weight down, and pull with your back)
