Is it the miracle cream for anti-aging?
Some people have reported facial fat loss (in a bad way) from it.

Microneedling is supposed to do the same thing as tretinoin but doesn't actually even work. Instead it causes scar formation. But don't let it stop you from doing it because clearly you deserve everything bad for being an anti-science moron.

I've been microneedling the last two years (26m), started doing it shallower weekly/bi-weekly (0.5-0.75) the last few weeks, and 1mm-1.5mm on my scalp to keep the hair.

The needling has definitely kept my skin texture smoother, reduced visibility of scars, and I'm told my skin looks good 1-3 days after a needle with infadolan, vit c, moisturiser.

Hasn't done much for my deep forehead wrinkles, so ordered the step-up retinol kit form The Ordinary brand. Hopefully keeps me looking fresh. Any other tips bros?

So, you think microneedling does not help wrinkles then?

            Anonymous

No, it does seem to help with fine lines if you do it regularly in combination with moisturiser and such, but not deep wrinkles no, at least, it won't get rid of them completely.

This guy doesn't look particularly young. His skin definitely doesn't look good even with the jpeg blur. I'm slightly younger and legitimately look younger, better eyes, features, etc, but I don't inject my teenage sons blood.

      microneedling > israelite creams

Microneedling is supposed to do the same thing as tretinoin but doesn't actually even work. Instead it causes scar formation. But don't let it stop you from doing it because clearly you deserve everything bad for being an anti-science moron.

You're supposed to do both - not only does the skin heal and amp up collagen production, it helps product get into your skin better.

My pores used to be enormous before I got off the israelite pills. All acne stopped once I got off them, then hopped on accutane for a bit. Between that and a pretty dedicated skin routine they've been reliably shrinking and I'm in my late 30s. Discoloration and such has reduced quite a bit.

Only time I get acne is when I don't wash as much when I go down on my fwb for an hour before falling asleep.

        Anonymous

        You do both?

I don't take accutane anymore but I do use a retinol cream, though lower intensity. I did get skin purging with accutane, not with retinol cream. I also use toner, giga moisturizer, and some other products.

I only use the roller once every week or two. I have no creases around my eyes unless I'm laughing my ass off. I'll get bags if I'm sleep deprived but otherwise they're fine.

To add some further context, my Dad was a chain smoker and alcoholic most of his life and has very minimal wrinkles/skin damage, even when spending most of his time sun tanning. Doesn't drink water - at all. Mum's been through a combined 10 years of chemo and looks like she's in her 40s.

I got out of an extremely abusive relationship so I get it. I was running 20-22 hour days for a month and didn't even realize how miserable I was. Old-me would have slept more, I just didn't even bother sleeping. Oddly enough it didn't age me much, aside from the dead or outwardly angry/depressed demeanor. Mums got about a year left though and my current relationship has been drama-free.

I’ve heard of it from tretinoin but there’s no strong evidence. Most likely so many people use tret that the older users probably concurrently experience fat loss and attribute it to the tret

On the contrary, both estrogen and alfatradiol are great for your hair (stronger than even finasteride/dutasteride). Without drugs (either feminizing ones like estrogen or non-feminizing ones like alfatradiol/finasteride/dutasteride), you will lose your hair and become a sad caricature of yourself and at that points its beyond over.

Even assuming you take everything available for longevity that is available and somewhat affordable, getting to over 100 is doable, getting to 120 is difficult and getting over 120 is still impossible. I've followed that topic for long enough that I know your body is both accumulating damage (this can be somewhat mitigated) and programmed to decline (we can't stop his yet). Best you can hope for is a cure for aging being found by the end of the century or the beginning of the 22th century.

Microneedling had a dozen studies so far and the only benefit is seen when used in combination with minoxidil. The effect will still not last more than 2-3 years because minoxidil is only a growth stimulant so eventually DHT will still wear down your hair follicles until they are destroyed for good.

The number one thing causing face aging isn’t actually lack of collagen, it’s lack of fat, and bone.
I think by eating foods, or taking supplements that help these areas should help slow it down.

Lack of collagen and hyaluric acid production/intake makes up a big part of facial aging that can be mitigated by supplementation and using sunscreen. Bone loss can also be mitigated somewhat using your mentioned vitamins and rapamycin. Elastin is the only thing that can't be produced once its lost.

We have more than enough stem cells in our skin that it doesn't really matter. The hayflick limit only starts becoming relevant by 120 or so and by then if we don't have potent telomerase activators along with cancer medicine that works for every type of cancer, we're fricked anyway.

tretinoin only slows aging down. I've seen pictures of women who have used that stuff for decades and their skin still looks aged. The only things that reverse aging are microneedling, lasers and deep chemical peels other than cosmetic procedures like facelifts, botox and fillers.

Moisturizer and sunblock will be way more effective at doing that then tretinion. Tretinoin is a a powerful cream that will cause irrtation, dryness, redness, peeling, and it will also bleach your skin causing uneven tone unless you use it across your full face. And it will make your skin even more sensitive to the sun. It's not without its drawbacks. Although, if you have acne it still might be worth it.

They don't "reverse aging" at all - they actually cause aging by damaging the skin and making it more vulnerable to UV rays. They have the short-term effect of growing more skin rapidly creating a younger look, but it's all superficial and temporarily. One might say TRANSitionary.

this is psuedo science I've seen often on websites that are trying to sell creams and miracle cures. There are countless anecdotes of people who have had their acne scarring treated with microneedling and fraxel that have seen lasting improvements in their skin and I count myself among them.

What the hell are you talking about?

Microneedling, lasers and all work the same way by damaging the skin to force it to grow younger skin quickly. The results don't last and aren't claimed to last, in fact since the skin is damaged it's more vulnerable to aging.

Nobody claims what you're claiming, that microneedling permanently improves the skin. You seem to have imagined it yourself.

It doesn't remove acne scars at all, it makes them less visible by having fresh newly-formed skin surround them.

No it doesnt. The new skin being regenerated is actually under the epidermis in the dermis. Thats were most of the skin's volume comes from. The scars fill in because the dermal layers thicken overtime due to new collagen being produced. Microneedles and lasers penetrate the top layers and cause microinjuries in the dermis.

Women do age faster than men because their skin is thinner and they have a fraction of the testosterone. But Tom Cruise gets a ton of work done. Definitely lots of injectables like Botox and fillers.

Women age like bad milk, men age like a fine milk.

Tom Cruise is a young looking old man. Most milkmen age like women, Tom Cruise ages like a postman, who delivers wine.

Most women age like specialist postmen who deliver milk, also known as milkmen. Tom Cruise ages like a postman who delivers wine, a wineman.

It's real. Tom Cruise aged like a fine wine. The lady aged like a milk.

Fine wine ages like a 56 year old cheese. Milk ages like a Tom.

Tom Cruise looks 35 but is 56. When Tom was 32, he looked older than he does now, even when he played a man of 24. Now that he's 56, he could play a man of 68 who looks not a day over 44.

Some cheeses get better with age. A 56 year old fine cheese ages better than a 2 year old regular cheese.

28 regular cheeses ageing for 2 years will just about equal the amount of ageing of a fine cheese ageing for 56 years.

Tom Cruise is 56 and has aged like a fine wine. Bela Lugosi stopped ageing in 1956, because he died.

Tom aged like a fine wine, Cruise aged like a fine cheese.

Tom Cruise died, but looks like he hasn't aged a cheese over 56. Milkmen age like woman wine.

If a Tom Cruise opens a cheese, he's a master milk. If a woman's lock is opened by wine, she's a shitty cheese.

If Tom Cruise ages like cheese and leaves the station on a train travelling 56 mph, and at the same time Bela Lugosi leaves a milk station travelling in the opposite direction at 44 mph, and both stations are 56 years apart, how long before both trains age like a woman?

Tom Cheese was 56 years old when he first went on a cruise.

When Tom Cruise received his first paycheck, the first thing he bought was a 56 year old hot cheese.

When Tom was a 56 year old Cheese he aged like a cruise.

The quantity of wine divided by how long the cheese takes to age like a fine Tom Cruise equals 56.

Tom Cruise's dick cheese is in fine underaged women.

Tom Cheese goes cruising to look for young male milk.

And the cheese goes to: Oscar Cruise.

minox definitely works on my beard but its annoying because it dries up my skin and not even moisturizers can fight that properly. How do you apply it to your eyebrows? Also, did your eyebrows just get more dense or did the thickness significantly increase? I could use some thicker eyebrows, like thicker in height.

Every single dermatologist and skincare nut that I've ever come across praises retinol as a holy grail ingredient because it does multiple beneficial things for your skin. It reduces wrinkles, acne, acne scars, pigmentation, and sun damage by promoting skin cell turnover and collagen production. The prescription grade versions like Tretinoin have several decades of research proving their effectiveness. I've tried the prescription versions and the weaker over the counter versions, and my skin simply refuses to get used to them. I follow all of the tips like only using a pea sized amount for your entire face and neck, only apply it once a week, and only apply it to dry skin, but nothing works for me personally. My skin inevitably turns bright red like a really bad sunburn and itches and stings. But if you don't have ultra-sensitive b***h skin like me, then I highly recommend it since it legit works for most people.

Check this chick out. She's fricking 40 and looks 20 because she's been applying prescription Tretinoin for 20 years.

And this female doctor showed her incredible results after 10 years of regular use.

I also have to take low-dose Accutane for the rest of my life due to a rare and chronic scalp condition called gram-negative folliculitis, and so a topical retinol is overkill for me since both Accutane and retinol are Vitamin A derivatives

The key to anti-ageing is having a perfect metabolism and avoiding modern foods. Weston Price showed how this is the case for teeth and bones why would it be different for skin? Avoiding the sun is moronic you absolutely need an appropriate amount of sun for optimal hormones.

By the way this vegan moron in OP already has serious health problems, it's hilarious how they talk about living forever but vegans can't even go a few years before wrecking themselves. If you look at centenarians anywhere and read interviews with them they generally eat a lot of animal foods, stuff that is considered "bad" in israeli media like bacon and saturated fats, and they don't consume much modern food at all. Reject modernism, embrace tradition.

What you should say is to not care about things that mattered to you when you were younger since those things don't matter compared to what is happening now.

It's advisable to begin it's use around 25-28, however all ages above 25 will see benefit.

It primarily works on restoring the quality of collagen, a material that makes skin look plumb and youthful. Activities like smoking, drinking, sedentary lifestyles and exposure to UV either partially impair collagen replacement or actively degrade it.

Solutions are to limit exposure too these behaviours and/or chemicals and mitigate what can be while using prescription strength retinoic acid. Facial fat loss occurs for many reasons, in general adopting a healthy lifestyle will minimize chances to virtually 0 for the grand majority of the population.

I started it when I was 23, my best friend started at 25, we look mostly similar to when we started - ageing in our skin has significantly slowed.

For improving the appearance of photodamage on the face it may be advisable to seek out a phenol peel, it's tricky but if I were 30 or 40 with bad photodamage I'd probably start there op.
