Is it the miracle cream for anti-aging?
Some people have reported facial fat loss (in a bad way) from it.
What do you think?
Is it the miracle cream for anti-aging?
Some people have reported facial fat loss (in a bad way) from it.
What do you think?
Melatonin cream + Avoiding sun.
>Melatonin cream
I have never head of this, what is it anon?
cream with melatonin
What does this do?
gives your skin melatonin
Why would you want to do this?
it's a good way to give your skin melatonin
Yes, tretinoin is literally the steroids of skincare my brother. They're anti wrinkle, fine lines, acne, hyperpigmentation. It's the #1 skincare product.
microneedling > israelite creams
Microneedling is supposed to do the same thing as tretinoin but doesn't actually even work. Instead it causes scar formation. But don't let it stop you from doing it because clearly you deserve everything bad for being an anti-science moron.
>microneedling causes scar formation
it cures acne scars
No
Yes
I doubt Bryan Johnson would be doing this on the reg if it fricked your face up worse.
He uses tret too.
BJ does a lot of moronic shit. He's taking the top three drugs from the ITP mice trials and pretty much every meme supplement recommended on youtube/reddit but nothing (proven) to prevent cardiovascular disease (which is the biggest killer in humans by far).
>nothing to prevent cardiovascular disease
I’ve watched like 3 videos of his and in one of them he was shilling metformin hard. He also said he literally takes over 100 supplements, so i doubt metformin is the only one.
He takes it off-label, for that purpose btw
>he was shilling metformin hard
Metformin failed the mice trials (unlike acarbose) and has negative side effects when it comes to exercise. The only reason to take it is if you're prediabetic or diabetic.
metformin is absolutely terrible for you long term
q10 Is decent I believe, it is found mostly in beef heart.
>anti science moron
there is enough research out there to safely say microneedling done right absolutely helps with things like collagen production
that other anon is a moron for saying tret is a israelite cream, but most creams on the market are snake oil or an overpriced blend of exotic shit with a cheap active ingredient like hyaluronic acid
I've been microneedling the last two years (26m), started doing it shallower weekly/bi-weekly (0.5-0.75) the last few weeks, and 1mm-1.5mm on my scalp to keep the hair.
The needling has definitely kept my skin texture smoother, reduced visibility of scars, and I'm told my skin looks good 1-3 days after a needle with infadolan, vit c, moisturiser.
Hasn't done much for my deep forehead wrinkles, so ordered the step-up retinol kit form The Ordinary brand. Hopefully keeps me looking fresh. Any other tips bros?
So, you think microneedling does not help wrinkles then?
No, it does seem to help with fine lines if you do it regularly in combination with moisturiser and such, but not deep wrinkles no, at least, it won't get rid of them completely.
This guy doesn't look particularly young. His skin definitely doesn't look good even with the jpeg blur. I'm slightly younger and legitimately look younger, better eyes, features, etc, but I don't inject my teenage sons blood.
You're supposed to do both - not only does the skin heal and amp up collagen production, it helps product get into your skin better.
My pores used to be enormous before I got off the israelite pills. All acne stopped once I got off them, then hopped on accutane for a bit. Between that and a pretty dedicated skin routine they've been reliably shrinking and I'm in my late 30s. Discoloration and such has reduced quite a bit.
Only time I get acne is when I don't wash as much when I go down on my fwb for an hour before falling asleep.
You do both?
I don't take accutane anymore but I do use a retinol cream, though lower intensity. I did get skin purging with accutane, not with retinol cream. I also use toner, giga moisturizer, and some other products.
I only use the roller once every week or two. I have no creases around my eyes unless I'm laughing my ass off. I'll get bags if I'm sleep deprived but otherwise they're fine.
To add some further context, my Dad was a chain smoker and alcoholic most of his life and has very minimal wrinkles/skin damage, even when spending most of his time sun tanning. Doesn't drink water - at all. Mum's been through a combined 10 years of chemo and looks like she's in her 40s.
Right, you must have good genes anon.
I’m starting to get lines on one side near my nose/mouth area. Not sure what would improve it.
Stress and health has been bad for a while sadly, but trying to sort it.
I use nothing rn
I got out of an extremely abusive relationship so I get it. I was running 20-22 hour days for a month and didn't even realize how miserable I was. Old-me would have slept more, I just didn't even bother sleeping. Oddly enough it didn't age me much, aside from the dead or outwardly angry/depressed demeanor. Mums got about a year left though and my current relationship has been drama-free.
Not sure how old you are, but just start moisturizing. I dunno what you're going through but I wish you the best in getting through it.
I hope your mother rests easy anon.
Is there such thing as a non goyslop moisturiser?
I don’t think this will improve my scars and fine lines tho
i took accutane a while ago for back acne and it slimmed down my nose, I guess I had lots of inflammation or something, but that was even better than the skin gains
Can someone expand more on this? I have a fat nose somewhat but I've never heard of inflammation slimming a nose down.
Since it's cartilage, how would that even be possible?
inflammation is whats making ur nose fat dummy.
provide proof of claims
accutane and tretinoin is supposed to lower inflammation to fight the acne. Acne = inflammation. It's not your cartilage which is large maybe its just the layers of the skin. Have you noticed how some days your nose looks more bulbous and thick and some days its way thinner?
tret on the entire face shouldn't be used by beginners, end up doing more damage by not hydrating properly and being diligent with SPF
So, when is someone "ready" to use it?
I'd say it's best to start off with lower strength Retinols/Retinals that most skincare brands sell then work your way up. Even those can frick up your skin barrier depending on how sensitive it is.
this is happening to me. I use the 0.025% type and the area around my mouth darkens. I'm also using moisturizing cream after a cleanser. What do?
Apply less often on the irritated area.
Idk I'd say it depends on your skin. I went full blast Tret daily with no issues. I do EOD now out of laziness
Just dont use tretinoin if you’re going to be in the sun (I simply stop using it during the summer)
I know periorbital fat loss can happen from using bimatoprost (shit that grows your eyelashes)
I’ve heard of it from tretinoin but there’s no strong evidence. Most likely so many people use tret that the older users probably concurrently experience fat loss and attribute it to the tret
Tret+microneedling is the best combo for your skin without getting into deep shit like platelet injections and hgh
https://www.ebay.com/itm/174081748545
that sold out, here's another listing

Tretinoin and adapalene absolutely do work and whoever says otherwise is moronic.
i've been using adapalene out of curiosity for the past year and have noticed absolutely nothing different
What strength are you using?
0.1%, i was just getting it off amazon
Try 0.3%
I only take finasteride which slightly increases testosterone 😉
i'm still not taking testosterone blockers or estrogen
That's good, so you're left with alfatradiol, finasteride and dutasteride which do not block testosterone (rather they increase it).
this is deceptive
still not taking troony drugs in any form
pretty sure 0.3% is prescription only in burgerstan so that's gonna be a pass from me, dawg
Tret has more evidence and research for fine lines and wrinkles, adapalene for acne
moronic take, works for me everyone else
niacin + fasting for skin gains
If you take niacin you need to supplement with shitloads of TMG or else you get liver disease.
can't wait for the shitposting when that guy dies in his 70's
he's trying his best just to avoid hitting the wall. and he's balding isn't he? just do the opposite of what he's doing to keep your hair and live forever lmao
BJ doesn't take finasteride/dutasteride, so you should take it.
he already takes HRT
1. Neither finasteride nor dutasteride is part of a HRT regiment (at most for ftm when they don't want to bald)
2. BJ doesn't even take actual HRT, only alfatradiol which doesn't feminize you
he literally injects estrogen
if you want to live forever and keep your hair, don't take troony drugs
>he literally injects estrogen
Where is this stated? I don't see this in his supplement list.
>if you want to live forever and keep your hair, don't take troony drugs
On the contrary, both estrogen and alfatradiol are great for your hair (stronger than even finasteride/dutasteride). Without drugs (either feminizing ones like estrogen or non-feminizing ones like alfatradiol/finasteride/dutasteride), you will lose your hair and become a sad caricature of yourself and at that points its beyond over.
>Bryan Johnson also includes 17α-estradiol in his stack
still not taking troony drugs
17a-estradiol is alfatradiol you fricking moron. It's the non-feminizing form of estrogen (17b-estradiol) which is not commercially available.
still not taking big pharma troony drugs
Big pharma is not even selling alfatradiol you collosal moron. It's not available unless you work at a research lab and it doesn't have any feminizing effect. Maybe spend less time on /misc/ and telegram in the future.
ok
im still not taking estrogen or testosterone blockers and you shouldn't either
>and it doesn't have any feminizing effect
yeah idk
people also adamantly claim that phytoestrogens have no estrogenic effect (or a net negative effect by replacement) and that DHT/5-ar has nothing but negative effects after puberty
not gonna be easily convinced about "non-feminizing" estrogen just because you're a smug butthole. sorry.
Good. Stay small and bald while I pin myself with test, tren and mast while taking fin and mog the shit out of you.
Local anon becomes ubermensch
Enjoy being dead by 40
>just do the opposite of what he's doing to keep your hair and live forever lmao
This.
He's a moronic vegan which is why his skin and hair still looks like shit despite all the treatments he takes.
You need ANIMAL protein for your skin and hair to look good.
this, it's literally just stay lean and keep hair, you can't stay young forever and it's narcissistic to believe you can, but you can age gracefully into an older man that's still attractive as long as you do those two things
you people already lost this thread, and it's about skincare, not hair
I just jumped in here at the end, the guy getting baited earlier made me laugh though
Digits and Boogie outlives Bryan
Boogie has collected enough karma from IST to make him live beyond 200.
Ew.
But I don't want to live to 102+.
I want to live to 1000.
Even assuming you take everything available for longevity that is available and somewhat affordable, getting to over 100 is doable, getting to 120 is difficult and getting over 120 is still impossible. I've followed that topic for long enough that I know your body is both accumulating damage (this can be somewhat mitigated) and programmed to decline (we can't stop his yet). Best you can hope for is a cure for aging being found by the end of the century or the beginning of the 22th century.
Oh hey it's that 47 year old guy who looks like a 47 year old guy. Mind blowing resesrch.ryvtya
>destroys your meibomian gland
Explain anon and post source
>Meibomian gland dysfunction may be caused by some prescription medications, notably isotretinoin. A blocked meibomian gland can cause a chalazion (or "meibomian cyst") to form in the eyelid.
This is mentioned on Wiki without source. So who knows if it's true.
>isotretinoin
So the stuff you take orally.
not tretinoin but accutane
I'd rather die earlier than live longer and look like this ghoulish mother fricker. He needs to join the monster squad. 0
Why not die now?
>anti-aging
pseudoscience bullshit marketing. Your skin cells are constantly splitting, dying and regenerating. Overtime this process breaks down. Simple as. Nothing you rub on them now will prevent that.
>Your skin cells are constantly splitting, dying and regenerating. Overtime this process breaks down.
Tretinoin/adapalene work by activating stem cells which actually does rejuvinate your skin.
It is the truth. Finasteride and dutasteride raise testosterone according to all studies (both pharma and non-pharma) and are not part of any transgender regiment.
It's easy as frick to get a prescription on the internet if you're not lazy.
i'm still not taking male hormone blocking drugs or woman hormone drugs
No one is saying you should? I only recommend finasteride or dutasteride which do not block any significant male hormone (rather they raise it) or alfatradiol which is not a woman's hormone.
ok i still don't think men should take woman hormones or male hormone blocking drugs
Ok and I think you're moronic for not understanding that women don't produce finasteride, dutasteride or alfatradiol in their body. And neither of those drugs block any significant male hormone in men. Finasteride and dutasteride even increase the very important male hormone testosterone that makes you a man.
i. don't. fricking. want. troony. drugs.
do i need to hire a fricking lawyer
>i. don't. fricking. want. troony. drugs.
Which "troony drug" are you refering to? Because neither finasteride, dutasteride or alfatradiol are part of any HRT regiment.
>do i need to hire a fricking lawyer
I doubt you can afford one. Even if you could, you'd just call him a israelite and he'd tell you to frick off.
all of them. i don't want this hormone altering shit in my body
>all of them.
Which one?
> i don't want this hormone altering shit in my body
Literally everything you eat or do alters your hormones. Even not eating alters your hormones.
you don't need hormone-modulating drugs, nobody does you insufferable troony
>you don't need hormone-modulating drugs
People with male pattern baldness genes do, otherwise they'd just look old and ugly. Only appeal to nature morons like you don't believe in medicine or technology (why are you even using the internet?).
they don't
They do. Anyone saying otherwise is either bald or wants other people to be bald to feel better about himself.
men don't need transsexual hormone-altering drugs to be men or have hair
>transsexual hormone-altering drugs
Neither finasteride nor dutasteride make you transgender. We have 30 years of human application in tens of millions of men proving this.
>or have hair
Having hair is extremely important for your own self esteem as well as for how society perceives you.
>trannies be like "we just want to exist"
>spends all day telling people take our drugs or you'll go bald
I'm not transgender and honestly at this I'm extremely pro-trans (despite not caring before) because the anti-trans losers are a bunch of alt-right, pro-Russia/China incels who want to spread their own misery everywhere.
That said, neither finasteride nor dutasteride are used for HRT.
ok thank you
still not taking the drugs
Good thing neither finasteride nor dutasteride are transgender drugs so you can take them with a good conscience 😉
btw pure caffeine is a topical dht blocker you can rub into your scalp and is included in some shampoos for this purpose
don't take the troony drugs bros
>btw pure caffeine is a topical dht blocker you can rub into your scalp and is included in some shampoos for this purpose
Yeah and it doesn't work as proven by decades of this scam existing.
>don't take the troony drugs bros
Exactly, you should only take finasteride or dutasteride which are testosterone-boosters.
also https://www.healthline.com/health/microneedling-for-hair-loss
Microneedling had a dozen studies so far and the only benefit is seen when used in combination with minoxidil. The effect will still not last more than 2-3 years because minoxidil is only a growth stimulant so eventually DHT will still wear down your hair follicles until they are destroyed for good.
tl;dr
Microneedling alone not good enough, only works with minoxidil, still needs finasteride
you're a gigantic homosexual
not taking your advice even if it's just hair
not him but he's right, and you're stupid beyond belief
microneedling does nothing by itself, only heightens minoxidil through sulfotransferase enzyme activity but retinoids do the exact same thing without the endpoint being scarring (dead follicles)
I don't know why you are jumping on the dermarolling bandwagon so hard just because it's not le ebul chemical
Tons of ways to slow the degeneration of dna, why are you acting so sure in your moronation? Its just utterly fricking infantile.
He's an essential boomer who firmly believes that technology never changes.
>implying i want to live more than 10 years from now on
i unironically wish i get cancer, preferably pancreas
Why not simply use a gun or rope?
nta but I'm reckon it's like this: If he continues as he's going people will see he's a failure (100% certainty). If he suicides people will consider it as failure by default. If he died accidentally or due to a medical issue however he has an excuse, an alibi - he couldn't bring all his plans to fruition and make it because he was dead.
If I failed completely, I'd take responsibility for it and off myself. So far I've avoided that fate by sheer will and hard work. Maybe anon should try that.
>look up the homosexual in your image
>he's not 102 years old
why do you trust him? lying homosexual
You need higher estrogen levels for hair protection. Yeah finasteride is good but estrogen is very hair protective. I have a full head of hair and my estrogen levels are nearly 50 pg/mL, and no I am not fat (10% bf), no I don't have gyno.
There's better ways to get further growth than taking actual estrogen.
Estrogen is pretty anabolic. I myself don't take estrogen, my body is just good at aromatizing testosterone into estrogen. My test levels were 600 ng/dl while my estrogen was a little less than 50 pg/mL
>OP wants the skinpill
>thread devolves into estrogen and norwood/pharma shilling
never change IST
Estrogen will improve your skin too. DHT destroys your hair & your skin.
what does this have to do with the thread
you absolute homosexual this is skincare talk.
If you want to start tretinoin then fricking do it stop being a pussy, it works. We're just providing more information on how to preserve good looking skin.
so far i've seen everything except this and just >take muh hormone drugs
the answer is no
How about you just go out to the sun and tan every day you contrarian moron?
your hormones seem unbalanced
OMG MY HORMONES ARE UNBALANCED AHHHHHH
Anger is a male emotion. You being so passive aggressive is feminine.
how is not wanting to take your troony drugs "aggressive"
Because neither finasteride nor dutasteride are "troony drugs" as you call them.
ok i'm still not taking test modulating drugs that trannies take
Trannies don't take finasteride or dutasteride. MtF use estrogen which is by itself potent enough to suppress both testosterone and DHT while FtM take testosterone.
its ur choice man. Tretinoin is safe as shit. Finasteride is also good and post finasteride syndrome is fake. Just go into post finasteride syndrome forums and see how moronic those people are, some of them claim they had post finasteride syndrome and they healed themselves by supplementing with magnesium.
I know, I don't care. Keep being a feminine little natty b***h then.
i admire your perseverence anon
there are big troony shills and stockholm syndrome trannies 24/7 trying to get you to join the troony cult
stay healthy and keep up the good fight
He said you're being passive-aggressive, not aggressive. Big difference.
Wow anons b***hy
OP is asking about skincare, this doesn't mean accuse him of being bald until he's pressured to take fin.
Fin will improve his skin too. The only good thing about DHT is that it gives you a thick beard, otherwise, it fricks your hair & skin
It also gives you the body hair of a Greek kebab shop owner.
Yeah, I wouldn't like that either. Sweating isn't fun with tons of body hair.
Then frick off and age like a b***h. Go take your protein shakes and creatine and lift weights for nothing you massive homosexual. You shouldnt even be on this board if youre not on any drugs.
I bet he's not even taking creatine because muh joos.
these homosexuals will never take le hormone altering drugs but will get naked and sun their ballsack and give themselves skin cancer at the drop of a hate because some rightoid influencer told them to
Becoming a bald incel with wrinkled skin is the best way to own the joos, didn't you know?
B-but muh neurosteroids!?
>pharma shilling
How dare people promote something safe that works!?
You need to have a good balance between testo and estrogen tho.
Imagine having access to information on what drugs the 1% are all using, how to acquire them and their benefits but instead of using them you willingly stay a normie homosexual.
Trump and Biden are taking finasteride and rosuvastatin.
They're dumb boomers and not even on the full spectrum of drugs that gen x billionaires and Hollywood types are using.
Anything that lowers cardiovascular risk is important in the longevity race. That's why, if I could afford it, I'd take rosuvastatin, zetia and a PCSK9 inhibitor.
The hollywood types take the same stuff along with rapamycin and a lot of cosmetic operations.
The number one thing causing face aging isn’t actually lack of collagen, it’s lack of fat, and bone.
I think by eating foods, or taking supplements that help these areas should help slow it down.
Possibly A and E fat vitamins could help fat in the face?
K1 and k2, calcium for the bones?
Tretinoin (retin-A) is basically vitamin A... And yes if you're Tour De France tier lean you will look older.
Obviously, Bryan Johnson is too lean, for example.
I am talking about the fat pads deep in your face tho anon, they lessen with age.
Mehh I dont mind some wrinkles, I'd rather stay lean with hollow cheeks.
Lack of collagen and hyaluric acid production/intake makes up a big part of facial aging that can be mitigated by supplementation and using sunscreen. Bone loss can also be mitigated somewhat using your mentioned vitamins and rapamycin. Elastin is the only thing that can't be produced once its lost.
I take a low dose d3+k2 every other day fren, and have k2 also in my multi vit
no k1 at all tho, should I be taking this too, or will good diet cover it?
Eat your greens and you'll probably get more than enough K1. I'm currently experimenting with both high dose K2 MK4 and MK7 to see if I can remineralize my teeth a bit.
This post was meant for you anon sorry
I have gut issues so struggle with the greens.
I eat cucumber, avacardo, potato, carrot and sauerkraut tho?
https://www.healthline.com/nutrition/foods-high-in-vitamin-k#TOC_TITLE_HDR_2
eggs and picrel are high in vitamin k
Thinking back on this, how about using vitamin E with vitamin A cream for facial fat gains?
So is Tretinoin good for you?
yes but it's weak and expensive
Tretinoin is the strongest stuff we currently have.
expensive? It's like 8 bucks for like 45 days or so of use for me. I use the 0.05% concentration.
Retinol will frick you up long term. It's great if you wanna look young now but don't give af about cell telomere length shortening because of increase in cell division.
Provide studies, moron.
You're probably talking about accutane which goes systemic. retin-A doesnt go systemic.
>but don't give af about cell telomere length shortening because of increase in cell division.
We have more than enough stem cells in our skin that it doesn't really matter. The hayflick limit only starts becoming relevant by 120 or so and by then if we don't have potent telomerase activators along with cancer medicine that works for every type of cancer, we're fricked anyway.
tretinoin only slows aging down. I've seen pictures of women who have used that stuff for decades and their skin still looks aged. The only things that reverse aging are microneedling, lasers and deep chemical peels other than cosmetic procedures like facelifts, botox and fillers.
>and their skin still looks aged
Women lose bone mass in their face.
>The only things that reverse aging are microneedling
Nope, it can't undo the type of damage tretinoin also can't undo.
most of IST are young therefore want to start now so they can look younger later on in life
who said anything about reversing
>most of IST are young therefore want to start now so they can look younger later on in life
Moisturizer and sunblock will be way more effective at doing that then tretinion. Tretinoin is a a powerful cream that will cause irrtation, dryness, redness, peeling, and it will also bleach your skin causing uneven tone unless you use it across your full face. And it will make your skin even more sensitive to the sun. It's not without its drawbacks. Although, if you have acne it still might be worth it.
Use tretinoin alongside sunscreen.
Moisturers are full of unecessary shit tho, always tons of ingredients.
I feel like the only one I would trust is one I made myself with 3 or 4 things
>The only things that reverse aging are microneedling, lasers and deep chemical peels
They don't "reverse aging" at all - they actually cause aging by damaging the skin and making it more vulnerable to UV rays. They have the short-term effect of growing more skin rapidly creating a younger look, but it's all superficial and temporarily. One might say TRANSitionary.
>They don't "reverse aging" at all - they actually cause aging by damaging the skin and making it more vulnerable to UV rays. They have the short-term effect of growing more skin rapidly creating a younger look, but it's all superficial and temporarily. One might say TRANSitionary.
this is psuedo science I've seen often on websites that are trying to sell creams and miracle cures. There are countless anecdotes of people who have had their acne scarring treated with microneedling and fraxel that have seen lasting improvements in their skin and I count myself among them.
What the hell are you talking about?
Microneedling, lasers and all work the same way by damaging the skin to force it to grow younger skin quickly. The results don't last and aren't claimed to last, in fact since the skin is damaged it's more vulnerable to aging.
Nobody claims what you're claiming, that microneedling permanently improves the skin. You seem to have imagined it yourself.
>microneedling permanently improves the skin
what do you think removing acne scars does
It doesn't remove acne scars at all, it makes them less visible by having fresh newly-formed skin surround them.
lol it is exactly how it works and I will bet my life it's how it works. I mean unless there's some unknown biological process that no scientist has realized goes on that is how it works.
careful, this anon gets angry when you don't agree with his prescription stack
>It doesn't remove acne scars at all, it makes them less visible by having fresh newly-formed skin surround them.
No it doesnt. The new skin being regenerated is actually under the epidermis in the dermis. Thats were most of the skin's volume comes from. The scars fill in because the dermal layers thicken overtime due to new collagen being produced. Microneedles and lasers penetrate the top layers and cause microinjuries in the dermis.
Distinction without a difference. No permanent improvements, jeopardizing skin defences from actual aging for a while.
>Microneedling, lasers and
and peels
>since the skin is damaged it's more vulnerable to aging.
this isn't how it works or what happens at all
This guy seems to think tret can cause more harm than good in rare cases due to inflamation, he is pro tret tho
Just don't put it around your eyes.
How do we stop our eyes from aging then?
That and laugh lines are the two most common signs of aging
Use sunscreen, moron.
That is because women age fast, unlike a Tom Cruise, for example, who ages slowly
>That is because women age fast, unlike a Tom Cruise, for example, who ages slowly
Women do age faster than men because their skin is thinner and they have a fraction of the testosterone. But Tom Cruise gets a ton of work done. Definitely lots of injectables like Botox and fillers.
Women age like bad milk, men age like a fine milk.
Tom Cruise is a young looking old man. Most milkmen age like women, Tom Cruise ages like a postman, who delivers wine.
Most women age like specialist postmen who deliver milk, also known as milkmen. Tom Cruise ages like a postman who delivers wine, a wineman.
It's real. Tom Cruise aged like a fine wine. The lady aged like a milk.
Fine wine ages like a 56 year old cheese. Milk ages like a Tom.
Tom Cruise looks 35 but is 56. When Tom was 32, he looked older than he does now, even when he played a man of 24. Now that he's 56, he could play a man of 68 who looks not a day over 44.
Some cheeses get better with age. A 56 year old fine cheese ages better than a 2 year old regular cheese.
28 regular cheeses ageing for 2 years will just about equal the amount of ageing of a fine cheese ageing for 56 years.
Tom Cruise is 56 and has aged like a fine wine. Bela Lugosi stopped ageing in 1956, because he died.
Tom aged like a fine wine, Cruise aged like a fine cheese.
Tom Cruise died, but looks like he hasn't aged a cheese over 56. Milkmen age like woman wine.
If a Tom Cruise opens a cheese, he's a master milk. If a woman's lock is opened by wine, she's a shitty cheese.
If Tom Cruise ages like cheese and leaves the station on a train travelling 56 mph, and at the same time Bela Lugosi leaves a milk station travelling in the opposite direction at 44 mph, and both stations are 56 years apart, how long before both trains age like a woman?
Tom Cheese was 56 years old when he first went on a cruise.
When Tom Cruise received his first paycheck, the first thing he bought was a 56 year old hot cheese.
When Tom was a 56 year old Cheese he aged like a cruise.
The quantity of wine divided by how long the cheese takes to age like a fine Tom Cruise equals 56.
Tom Cruise's dick cheese is in fine underaged women.
Tom Cheese goes cruising to look for young male milk.
And the cheese goes to: Oscar Cruise.
>Actually wanting to live forever instead of being with your Heavenly Father up above
Couldn't be me.

Some cheeses get better with age. A 56 year old fine cheese ages better than a 2 year old regular cheese
28 regular cheeses ageing for 2 years will just about equal the amount of ageing of a fine cheese ageing for 56 years
Tom Cruise is 56 and has aged like a fine wine. Bela Lugosi stopped ageing in 1956, because he died
Tom aged like a fine wine, Cruise aged like a fine cheese
Tom Cruise died, but looks like he hasn't aged a cheese over 56. Milkmen age like woman wine
Tom Cheese was 56 years old when he first went on a cruise
When Tom Cruise received his first paycheck, the first thing he bought was a 56 year old hot cheese
When Tom was a 56 year old Cheese he aged like a cruise
The quantity of wine divided by how long the cheese takes to age like a fine Tom Cruise equals 56.
Tom Cruise's dick cheese is in fine underaged women
Tom Cheese goes cruising to look for young male milk
And the cheese goes to: Oscar Cruise
I love you
Stop replying to that schizophrenic individual.

Why? That was the hardest I laughed in a long time. Did a cap but my phone made shitty af one so gonna have to make a proper one when I'm back home
Anyone here experimenting with rapamycin? I'm still trying to figure out which dose and cycle doesn't make me feel ill yet.
just fast for real and enhance it with niacin and ascorbic acid
I'm too mentally weak to water fast for 5+ days.
even rolling 24-72 is fine
That may work in mice but their metabolism is like 12x as fast.
no, you will get huge growth hormone spikes when you OMAD, niacin or not
this is the crown israeliteel of skin and autophagy
https://mpasupps.com/blogs/news/nicotinic-acid-a-simple-safe-way-to-boost-growth-hormone-output
Growth hormone is not a good thing.
Anyone here use minoxidil for beard growth?
Minoxidil doesn't work on either my hair or my beard but for some reason it works on my eyebrows.
minox definitely works on my beard but its annoying because it dries up my skin and not even moisturizers can fight that properly. How do you apply it to your eyebrows? Also, did your eyebrows just get more dense or did the thickness significantly increase? I could use some thicker eyebrows, like thicker in height.
I didn't even want to put minox on my eyebrows, that shit just flowed down from above and turned them into caveman tier eyebrows until I stopped.
Damn. I mean when i used it for my beard I started getting some new eyebrow hairs too. Minoxidil just goes systemic lol
i know literally nothing about 'skin care' because i am deeply paranoid about israelite products that will give me cancer. horrible shit in topical products is beyond common. one day i will try to improve my shitty looking face skin, but i dont even know where to start. i tried scrubbing my face raw with a stiff bristled cloth and my entire face is now a scab. i really dont even know
This is the thread for you then anon.
There are natural organic creams you can make with things like aloe, an oil, stuff like thaton youtube.
yes, i am assuming something out there exists that i can use that is decent and not full of garbage. you people are the only ones i know autistic enough to even be aware of such concerns. anything you say ill write down in a little notepad file and try and research it later. cuz im finally starting to age.
I’m not an expert, but for your concerns I’d recommend making an easy organic moisturiser yourself from YouTube, then maybe using a retinol or something with it for the actual anti aging thing.
Hopefully a more experienced anon will help you out.
My family has great skin genetics, yet multiple years of alcohol abuse has left me with forehead lines. It's humiliating to see my father with less wrinkles than me.
PSA: Don't do drugs
>tfw always did opiates and even h online friends irl
>none of us have any wrinkles
it was a pretty bad time, but looking ageless feels nice
same but add in speed and the rest

Do you believe in magic
In a young girl's heart
Even sadder when you realise there are daily wine drinkers and flabby elders who reach 110-20, if he really only reaches 102 despite everything he's doing that's a terrible result.
not exactly, if you have a group of people intentionally reaching 102 then it's a success despite the 120 year old smokers who look like george soros (and probably want to die)
I think he's more likely to commit suicide or die of the bullshit he's taking before 70 than reach 102.
What about all the other billionaires? Do you really think those greedy megalomaniac narcissists are just saying "meh I don't mind aging so much and then I die, why should I live longer than plebs"? A lot of them would give away 99%+ of their whole fortunes for a few more years existence.
What's Bryan Johnson is claiming and doing is just not possible. You want to try your luck with a bunch of herbs, fine, there's actually a one in a trillion chance some of that stuff might work, cause herbs can do things. This putting trt with anti-diabetic pills with calorie restriction with female hormones, it's just a pile of nonsense.
antioxidant theory has never been proven in humans. Protecting cells that are supposed to die = cancer. Vit A trials were halted due to excess death.
antioxidants happen to be chelators
they soak up aluminum, mercury and lead and allows you to piss them out
you need a balance of oxidants and antioxidants
but considering the level of oxidation of daily life I'd lean towards a bit more antioxidants

Very insightful post on this guy and a few other things
This site will steal your credit card info
Just refreshed it without my ad blocker and there was still nothing there. Why do you say it's a credit card stealer? It's just a basic blog site
it's literally a rapamycin advertisement + diet and exercise
fricking worthless
Every single dermatologist and skincare nut that I've ever come across praises retinol as a holy grail ingredient because it does multiple beneficial things for your skin. It reduces wrinkles, acne, acne scars, pigmentation, and sun damage by promoting skin cell turnover and collagen production. The prescription grade versions like Tretinoin have several decades of research proving their effectiveness. I've tried the prescription versions and the weaker over the counter versions, and my skin simply refuses to get used to them. I follow all of the tips like only using a pea sized amount for your entire face and neck, only apply it once a week, and only apply it to dry skin, but nothing works for me personally. My skin inevitably turns bright red like a really bad sunburn and itches and stings. But if you don't have ultra-sensitive b***h skin like me, then I highly recommend it since it legit works for most people.
Check this chick out. She's fricking 40 and looks 20 because she's been applying prescription Tretinoin for 20 years.
And this female doctor showed her incredible results after 10 years of regular use.
I also have to take low-dose Accutane for the rest of my life due to a rare and chronic scalp condition called gram-negative folliculitis, and so a topical retinol is overkill for me since both Accutane and retinol are Vitamin A derivatives

why would a high school senior worry about aging? wtf?
actual high schoolers don't look like the ones in your tv shows
What do you guys think about mk 677 for longevity?
The key to anti-ageing is having a perfect metabolism and avoiding modern foods. Weston Price showed how this is the case for teeth and bones why would it be different for skin? Avoiding the sun is moronic you absolutely need an appropriate amount of sun for optimal hormones.
By the way this vegan moron in OP already has serious health problems, it's hilarious how they talk about living forever but vegans can't even go a few years before wrecking themselves. If you look at centenarians anywhere and read interviews with them they generally eat a lot of animal foods, stuff that is considered "bad" in israeli media like bacon and saturated fats, and they don't consume much modern food at all. Reject modernism, embrace tradition.
Let’s say I have hypopigmentation, some small very slight fine lines, and a scar on my cheek.
Micro needling, or retinol/retinoids?
Tret will work perfect for that, sunscreen though don't be lazy with it
How would you handle this with sensetive skin tho?
Mine are very fine anon, so could work for me
This lady looks very young for 40, and she said she has never used retinol or retinoids at all
Just peels and microneedling

SEXOO
she put on makeup and let her hair down?
Different facial expression, different lighting, still looks basically the same.
DROPPED
I think it looks slightly better but hard to say.
She obviously has very good genes as takes care of herself/skin tho. All the girls/women I know are ageoids

Any lines around the mouth seem impossible to improve without injections.
Don’t apply tretinoin or other retinols near your eyes. Pretend that you have a large sleep mask on and apply tretinoin outside the imaginary sleep mask. You can ignore this advice if you don’t mind developing chronically dry eyes.
Treatment for the eyes then?
You should google it. I’m not aware of any treatment for dry eyes caused by tretinoin. Maybe some oil producing glands will recover if you’re lucky.
No I mean if you don't use tret on your eyes, what should you use on your eyes instead?
cum (specifically mine, l o n d o n)
There are retinol products for eye area that are less potent
you can buy a big lifetime supply bag of retinol powder, which I'm gonna do cuz its cheap
You can, just use a qtip or a lower concentration
>You can, just use a qtip or a lower concentration
How would it be any different with a qtip? You should stop just above your eyebrows and a samilar distance below your eyes, maybe even more than that. It’s probably best to omit the nasal bone too. Like I said, a large imaginary sleep mask is the no go zone.
All very old people I met in my life had in common that they never held any firm opinions on anything unless they were directly involved with or influemced by something in a negative way and in general didn't give a shit. Stress is what kills you. That weird guy is obsessing so much about his routine I guarantee you that he won't live to 90. The art of growing old is to learn how to not care about anything and just enjoy the little things.
this is the little things for BJ, being a lab rat and being ripped apart by homeostasis and veganism is his hobby and i thank him for his labor
>The art of growing old is to learn how to not care about anything
Yea if you already old and have done everything you wanted. If you young and still trying to live a life, you still have to care about a lot.
What you should say is to not care about things that mattered to you when you were younger since those things don't matter compared to what is happening now.
I am interested in longivity, and I feel happier
hydronic acid supplements. collagen. retinoid cream. that's all you need.
>hyaluronic acid
Many studies on this?
yes. just search "hyaluronic acid pubmd" and you'll get tons
yo dis homie drinking hydraulic fluid
lol this homie still looks so fricking old wtf
except he doesn't
>skinnyfat in fraud lighting
I have jailbait skin at 27. I've been using tret for years.
that picrel looks good not because of his skin but because of his facial bone structure and hair.
>skin has nothing to do with it
it's a black and white photo but you are clearly coping
whats tret?
It's advisable to begin it's use around 25-28, however all ages above 25 will see benefit.
It primarily works on restoring the quality of collagen, a material that makes skin look plumb and youthful. Activities like smoking, drinking, sedentary lifestyles and exposure to UV either partially impair collagen replacement or actively degrade it.
Solutions are to limit exposure too these behaviours and/or chemicals and mitigate what can be while using prescription strength retinoic acid. Facial fat loss occurs for many reasons, in general adopting a healthy lifestyle will minimize chances to virtually 0 for the grand majority of the population.
I started it when I was 23, my best friend started at 25, we look mostly similar to when we started - ageing in our skin has significantly slowed.
For improving the appearance of photodamage on the face it may be advisable to seek out a phenol peel, it's tricky but if I were 30 or 40 with bad photodamage I'd probably start there op.
I’m 25 anon, little bit of rough texture around my cheeks from acne, slight fine lines on one side of my
Mouth area, and a scar line type thing on that side of the cheek also.
My health is horrible, but I’m aging fairly well, definitely don’t look over 21
Hypopigmentation also, around the cheeks and nose, and mouth, I have tiny smile lines if you could call them that, but the redness in the area makes me look older when I speak and stuff
If your diet is already good tretinoin only ages your skin by making you more sensitive to UV light.
People that look attractive in their 40s are doing more than diet for their skin, trust me.
Not sure what tho
this works too
combined with good skin care it will do wonders
What is it anon?
