dude, first of all, phen potentiates phen, so you get higher taking four 250mg does at 2 hour intervals than taking a gram at once

I've taken more than once a week a few times. Not had any symptoms of addiction. I've also redosed over an entire weekend and had zero ill effects. Infact i get less side effects than when I take a full dose in one go. Sometimes I feel dizzy the day after taking a bigger dose in one go.

Take 2 weeks off, you build up tolerance to it easily.
After the 2 weeks take it on an empty stomach like as soon as you wake up preferably after 6hrs of eating then take 1g-1.5g and go socialize
