    Got to the same conclusion as you OP, currently on a ULULULx (or less exercise if I'm not right, UL is literally the best and most flexible training routine + can give the most frequency), if anything I wouldn't agree for the first truthpill, but that's just because, especially considering the fast/slow twitch fibers, I don't really understand what is the "Hypertrophy range" (8-12 or whatever) supposed to do

    I currently do 3 full body workouts a week. Would I benefit from splitting it up into ULULULx? It sounds nice as I'm usually too tired to do accessories after for instance benching + squatting.

    What about cardio though? Normally I alternate between strength and cardio days.

      well i do low rep heavy work Monday and Tuesday and then Wednesday and Thursday i do high rep light weight for endurance and then Friday Saturday heavy again
      tbh i see the endurance training as active recovery even though i do everything to failure always every single set every day
      20 rep squats really gets my heart going on Thursday and doing 6 sets of those is way more fun than running or some shit
      i also so static stretches after every single workout once I'm home, because i work in an office and used to be a 150kg obese, now i can do splits and 1/2/3/4 at 85kg bodyweight

        I tend skip the conditioning sessions, because I have the habit to associate cardio as burning calories I shouldn't have eaten in the first place.

        Last time I did them they actually harmed my recovery and got sore knees. Would LISS sessions of 45-60 mins suffice for conditioning?

      Do both compounds and isolations. Strength is good for size, but neglecting muscles just because some of them are used less than others in a few exercises is borderline moronic, and doing some exercises above 5 reps gives you more growth than doing those exercises below 5 reps.

    There are exactly five (5) exercises that truly matter for strength, aesthetics, life whatever. Focus on maxing out these 5 and you will be golden.
    >Deadlift
    >A Squat (low bar, high bar, SSB, zercher or front squat are all valid but pick one and focus on it)
    >A Real Chest Press (Larsen or Floor press. Bench variants with of the powersharter ROM hacks/leg drive removed)
    >Behind the Neck Press (OHP but focused on all three deltoids and your traps with no absurd leanback cheat garbage)
    >Weighted Chin Up (1RM and max bodyweight reps)
    The only thing left after mastering these 5 is maybe adding some light visual fluff work (forearms, calves, abs, neck) that you can do at home.
