Is there even teen's sizing for men's clothing? I only see young children then straight to adult sizing.
I've gotten my bodyfat so low that my waist is now sub-28" and it's getting really hard to even find belts that fit correctly. On the plus side I can finally clearly see all of my obliques.

I also have this issue, 5'10 28 inch waist. I wear mostly European and Japanese clothes nowadays and Amazon has some belts that can get comically small (for non pants use I presume) and those work for me, don't buy from major retail stores because they're for hamplanets
