            good job, dont stop. add some weight training or bodyweight exercises. pushups, squats, pullups, all great exercises with compound movements. losing weight is good but you also want to be building muscle, itll go a long ways to improving your looks.

                There's no strain involved in walking at all you clown. A 5'8" grown man doesn't need 2k calories a day just to walk for an hour and rest for 23. Do some push ups, hit a heavy bag, jog, sprint, ride a bike, do anything that a 65 year old woman can't.

            This is probably not enough exercise. You need to track your HR either manually or with a watch/HR monitor to determine if your cardio is challenging enough. Ideally, you do 30-60 minutes of cardio at >140 BPM at least 5 days a week.

            Also, consider adding some resistance training. You need muscle and while you may not build it while cutting down like this, it'll be your next objective and you need to establish a baseline. Just start with some simple stuff, like push ups/squats/pull ups/curls/sit ups
