Enjoy raping your gut and dopamine levels needing your coffee fix daily for the rest of your miserable existence just to live through the day without killing yourself.
You don't even get benefits from it, your body has resistance all the way up, just drinking to keep you at base level LOL

I went from heavy Caffeine use (multiple monsters and coffees a day) cold turkey no caffeine at all not even tea for a year.
I found I just like a nice warm drink while working or out in the cold so just drank decaf.
I drink caffeine again now , more like 1 coffee in the am, switch to tea if I want something in the afternoon. Tbh quilting for a year had no tangible benefits at all

there is a point at which your metabolic boost starts running higher than you can actually fricking cover so you end up feeling more tired than energized

doesn't apply to actual real drugs though

unironically do not consume any of the above mentioned. get rid of everything in your system and just become normal, natural. you know that this is the answer and the fix and the fact that you are not able to do it proves it. its difficult because you are addicted and your body is in a compromised state.

obviously everything you do is wrong but i actually think that megadosing vitamin d could be your problem. Megadosing D vitamin causes hypercalcemia and fatigue and dizziness are one of the symptoms.

get rid of everything except adderall (and possibly a little vitamin d if you live in a colder/darker country, but stop fricking megadosing) and drastically reduce coffee. Like one small coffee in the morning and maybe one at lunch if you absolutely need. Stimulants + coffee alone fricks with your sleep heavy, I am a uni student on stimulant right now, it's finals season, and even still I have to keep it to 1-2 small coffees a day or I'm fricked. 9 hours sleep might also be too much for you. some people feel more alert and less groggy off 7-8, getting to bed and getting up at the same time every day also helps (especially if that time is before 8am). Look into factors that reduce sleep quality as well, are you a regular drinker/pot smoker? If so you need to cut that shit down it's fricking with your sleep more than you think. Also try to avoid using phones/laptops for at least a half hour before bed (preferably an hour+)

Beyond that it's all diet and exercise.

also it's worth nothing that this might be depression symptoms. happened to me too. if you stop all this shit and you're in good physical shape and still tired, your mental health may be the culprit.

You're taking in way too much caffeine. Even though you're getting more than adequate sleep volume, it's very low-quality sleep, and quality is very, very important when it comes to sleep. You're not sleeping as deeply as you should, and you may not realize it but there's a pretty good chance you're getting up several times a night to piss and may be dehydrated. Cut most of your caffeine intake, set a consistent bedtime for yourself, and set a bedtime routine that you engage in every night. I don't even care what it is, just have a routine. You may also want to assist with melatonin for the first little bit, but unless you have a serious case of DSPS I don't recommend it long-term. If you have sleep apnea, get a CPAP machine, and try to fix the underlying cause if you can.

Not me though I will continue with my 600-900mg of caffeine a day
