Replacing calorie-dense polyunsaturated fats with calorie-dense saturated fats won't help you lose weight, but it will clog your arteries.
The point is they need to use all of these chemicals to extract every bit of oil they can from the canola seeds. Doing this exposes the oil to high heat which turns it rancid, which they have to deodorize to make it edible.
I see “cold pressed” canola oil at Whole Foods and wonder how much better it is then the hexane and lye extracted oil.
The seed oil pushers are almost as annoying as the Onions meal replacement beyond meat pushers. Healthy food is simple, just eat only stuff we have had for the past 1000 years
Multiple converging lines of evidence show that increasing saturated fat intake increases the level of LDL cholesterol, which is a causal risk factor for CHD. The anti-seed oil side has weak science and a bunch of logical fallacies.
>Why do you not comment on the manufacturing process of canola oil including heated hexane baths, heated lye baths, bleach, and deodorizing?
Have you missed the part about fallacies? I don't care about biologically irrelevant quantities of scary chemicals. One could use the same argument to fear monger against any type of food.
No clinical trial has shown reduced mortality from reducing saturated fat in the diet. The Lyon Diet Heart Study reduced CVD and all cause mortality by reducing omega 6 and Minnesota Coronary Survey and Sydney Diet Heart Study both increased mortality by reducing saturated fat and increasing omega 6 PUFA. The science demonizing saturated fat is weak and mostly propagated by industry shills, vegans, or morons. You can decide which box to put yourself in.
>The Lyon Diet Heart Study reduced CVD and all cause mortality by reducing omega 6
Wrong. It's moronic to attribute the observed difference to a minuscule reduction in omega 6 fatty acids.

Olive oil is healthier than canola oil in every conceivable way
Citation needed on hexane, bleach, and lye not being toxic, and again you skim right past the fact that the heating during production turns canola oil rancid? Watch the how it’s made clip. It requires deodorizing to make it edible because it is rancid
There is not a single valid reason to choose rancid, bleached, hexane and lye infused canola oil over delicious healthy good-smelling olive oil.

That’s a problem for sure but it’s outside the scope of this debate. There could be an argument for using cold pressed seed oils, but companies would rather use chemical extraction to get 20% more oil per seed and ruins it with “negligible” levels of toxic chemicals.
If I am wrong, I missed out on eating rancid heated oil with traces of chemicals. If you are wrong, you are positioning yourself with rancid oil filled with chemicals.
I’ll stick with the real food personally

How much of this shit are you using a month anon? We’re talking a $10-$20 difference a month at very most
So far your arguments are “other foods have chemicals too”, “there is no proof that the oil goes rancid at extended high temperatures”, and “they deodorize it for other reasons than because it went rancid”
You can fry your beyond meat in this chemical all you want, but you get to live out the effects. We’ll see if it is actually cheaper if you end up with health effects

>Wrong. It's moronic to attribute the observed difference to a minuscule reduction in omega 6 fatty acids.
It wasn't minuscule and they also increased omega 3 as well. From an ~18:1 to 4:1 omega 6:3 ratio. Estimates of traditional human diets were 1-2:1 and modern Americans are at ~20:1. LDL concentrations were not significantly different.

Nta, lye is just a strong alkali that will burn you in enough concentrations, otherwise it's harmless and gets neutralized in the stomach into sodium chloride. It's commonly used in cooking, for example in pretzels.
I'm not defending seed oils.

Not a causal risk factor. Correlation only. French 'people' have super high cholesterol relative to the average of the modern world, and have dramatically less heart disease than cholesterol would predict. French people eat less than other modern first world countries. Causal factors do not have exceptions. And you're gay.
Hydrogenated vegetable oil was introduced to the american diet in 1911.
The point is avoid shit that was introduced after the industrial revolution. Cold pressed olive oil was used in cooking for thousands of years.
it's not. The automobile is single most destructive invention on Western civilization and the white race.

And yeah can’t frick up cow cleanliness because you get docked on pay for a high somatic cell count—a measure of how many white blood cells are fighting off infection. People with unhealthy herds get docked hard. Also you can’t ship milk with antibiotics in it. That olive oil adulteration has taken place in the past at some point doesn't prove that the majority of olive oil available to buy has been adulterated.
The wholesalers and retailers that buy olive oil from producers go to great lengths to ensure that what they are buying is a pure product.
Just search "olive oil adulteration" on pubmed and you'll find dozens of papers of different methods to detect various ways that olive oil can be adulterated.

One thing that Adam didn't mention that I wish he would have (unless I missed it and I'm a homosexual) is that some of this willingness to accept the "seed oils bad" dogma is due to some very real frickups in terms of foods being generally listed as safe, or worse, even better than existing staples. But then it turned out that they were actually trash.
Crisco and margarine (the original formulations that they found out contained a shitload of trans fats) come to mind. Hell, even my dad brushes off existing dietary knowledge nowadays as he wolfs down way more calories than is healthy for his age, saying "I remember when they said that coffee would kill you, and now they're saying it's good for you! Those damn scientists don't know anything!"
The first 10 years of my life I remember Country Crock being the spread available for toast. Then we switched to real butter.
I remember it being shocking how different the taste was, to the point where I kinda missed Country Crock. Now I don't know why I ever liked that tub of shit.
This happened to me too. Once I tried land o lakes spreadable butter I wondered wtf I was eating all my life. Granted my family wasn't well off so this crock of shit was probably the cheapest thing they had at the store

>t. So autistic work sent me to an ‘effective communication class’
What negatives are there to NOT add ingredients to your cooking? Why is nutrition always "add this, add that"? Literally all you get from oils is a non-stick cooking surface and better browning, but that can be done by just cooking with fattier cuts of meat (like thighs instead of breast).
I'm so over this BS advice from consumer lobby groups that you NEED to add this thing and that thing to your meal. Just give me meat, veg, a dutch oven, and salt/pepper and you can make an incredibly tasty and nutritious meal. No need to waste money on sneed and overpriced "superfoods" like kale.
I meant in the sense that once lobbyists label it as a superfood the price increases drastically. You can find equally nutritious leafy greens for cheaper.
If you are trying to argue the mortality reduction was due to the reduction in saturated fat it doesn't seem to be reflected in any change in LDL. Why is the change in omega 3:6 not more likely?
>Why do you not comment on the manufacturing process of canola oil including heated hexane baths, heated lye baths, bleach, and deodorizing?

The world has gone mad, and anyone who dares speak the truth is labeled a lunatic.

I literally just don’t want to eat rancid chemically extracted oils, and will gladly pay more to do so
I would rather miss out on the cost savings of not using the grosser cheap oil if I am wrong, than experience health effects later in life if I am right.
And the most rigorous test of his hypothesis disproved it. The solution? Don't publish it for over a decade and hide the results that the diet killed more people. Yet the USDA still recommend "heart healthy" vegetable oils.
Yeah. That experiment is the ultimate redpill about the extent to which the elites hate you. Opens the door to everything we “know” about nutrition being a lie for the past 70 years.

Amazing, doesn't refute my point whatsoever, there were literally no cases of heartattacks before the introduction of seed oils.
Can't open that link, can't even open that website but other site had probably the same and that study notes it might have been genetic component since there was no explanation for their issues and thus eating healthy (no sneed oils) would be even more important.
I see literally no point in gambling with heavily processed seed oils that are very clearly correlating with the massive amounts of health issues from the moment they were introduced into western diets.
>eating things we've been eating for thousands of years vs. 50 years
You be the beta tester on all this shit if you want, I'll stick with the tried and true method
People always scream about BIG BEEF as if crop farming industry isn't 10x bigger than cattle industry, even when you factor in the crops sold as cattle feed.
Annual value of all heads of cattle in USA is like $50billion. Maize ALONE is some $80 billion annually, then you've got the value of the annual wheat crop at around $12 billion, Onions at $40 billion etc.
See pic related, over $140 billion just from grains and oilcrops, before you account for fruits, nuts, leafy vegetables etc.
I've never been into elimination diets, crazy food conspiracy theories, mommy blogger fear mongering or le ancestral diet grifting narrative but believe me when I say that no money and no argument in the world can convince me to eat this shit. Linking studies is peak normie argumentation. Without a framework to interpret knowledge, whatever information you gather is useless information and serves only to confuse yourself and others around you. Seed oils get oxidised just like any other oil, it gets stored and used as energy. But what does that mean? What does it mean compared to fruit oils? Or animal fats?
>McDonald's switched from fries cooked in beef tallow to sneed oil sunflower because its healthier
I don't understand how you don't see through this, if you follow mainstream health advice McDonald's French fries are a health elixr to you... It's chopped vegetable cooked in "heart healthy goy" low saturated fat seed oil, the type you keep hearing about being so good for you from all these 300lb health experts
it is not that hard;
seed oil; pressed (hence called "cold press") or refined once (seeds warmed) or twice (boiled once so the oil is "purer") at most, still tastes and smells like seed itself, expensive and a really hard sell
sneed oil; at some point seeds were involved but the result is some ungodly liquid that has nothing to do with the seeds anymore, basis of goyslop
This guy is so fricking annoying. He says stuff like “male identified person” and attributes the panic to toxic males that want to eat beef and think seeds are gay - ignoring the fact that no one has a problem with olive oil, something that has been used in cooking for thousand of years.
I just want to eat like my ancestors did: dairy, fermented foods, meat to the bone and a reasonable amount of greens. Processed Motor oil is not going to be a part of that.
The pendulum is weird. When I was a kid it seemed like rightwingers spited the idea of healthy diets as fads. Now it seems like they're the ones who are heavily scrutinizing the standard slop you find in grocery stores and restaurant recipes while leftists try every bit of misdirection in the book to keep you consuming.
Adam doesn't even keep track of the words he's saying or what they mean. He just regurgitates scientific reports because their "conclusions" "suggest" what he wants to hear regardless of whether or not they are at odds with shit he's regurgitated before. All because it just happened to be right leaning channels like What I've Learned that sparked up the more recent debate on seed oils.

Why do you not comment on the manufacturing process of canola oil including heated hexane baths, heated lye baths, bleach, and deodorizing?
>Why do you not comment on the manufacturing process of canola oil including heated hexane baths, heated lye baths, bleach, and deodorizing?
Have you missed the part about fallacies? I don't care about biologically irrelevant quantities of scary chemicals. One could use the same argument to fear monger against any type of food.

Enjoy your slop
Olive oil is fine as long as the Italian mafia hasn't cut it with seed oils.
Thinking about finding a good American source. I've heard good things about Cobram Estate.
can i just buy olives and press my own oil??
That’s a problem for sure but it’s outside the scope of this debate. There could be an argument for using cold pressed seed oils, but companies would rather use chemical extraction to get 20% more oil per seed and ruins it with “negligible” levels of toxic chemicals.
If I am wrong, I missed out on eating rancid heated oil with traces of chemicals. If you are wrong, you are positioning yourself with rancid oil filled with chemicals.
I’ll stick with the real food personally
>Citation needed on hexane, bleach, and lye not being toxic
Citation on methanol and cyanide not being toxic? Nothing? Better avoid tomatoes and apples then.
>again you skim right past the fact that the heating during production turns canola oil rancid?
I have already addressed that under "weak science". The "heckin' oxidationerino causes CVD" hypothesis has very weak evidence. https://www.the-nutrivore.com/post/a-comprehensive-rebuttal-to-seed-oil-sophistry#viewer-7m0a
>There is not a single valid reason to choose rancid, bleached, hexane and lye infused canola oil over delicious healthy good-smelling olive oil.
It's cheaper.
>“It’s cheaper”
How much of this shit are you using a month anon? We’re talking a $10-$20 difference a month at very most
So far your arguments are “other foods have chemicals too”, “there is no proof that the oil goes rancid at extended high temperatures”, and “they deodorize it for other reasons than because it went rancid”
You can fry your beyond meat in this chemical all you want, but you get to live out the effects. We’ll see if it is actually cheaper if you end up with health effects
Just buy olive oil, real food
>There is not a single valid reason to choose rancid, bleached, hexane and lye infused canola oil over delicious healthy good-smelling olive oil.
extreme difference in price?
Do you chug this shit by the gallon?
A liter of ev olive oil is like $25 and lasts a month or two. If you think cheaping out on your diet is optimal you’ll never make it
If price is the deciding factor then you should be saving the excess grease from meat and dropping oils entirely.
at this point it's only leftist lunatics pushing for seed oils, since minorities wouldn't be able to afford better oils, and they want everyone to be equally miserable.
>Multiple converging lines of evidence show that increasing saturated fat intake increases the level of LDL cholesterol
Yet there was no significant difference in LDL or total cholesterol in Lyon. So what does it have to do with the saturated fat increasing "bad" cholesterol and causing the heart disease?
Have you seen the studies on LDL vs HDL for highly active people vs sedentary people (90% of the population)
People don’t move their bodies then blame their diet for their problems. Most people don’t walk as much as a single mile every day
i move my body maybe 30 minutes a week. feel it's gonna kill me eventually
>lye not being toxic
Nta, lye is just a strong alkali that will burn you in enough concentrations, otherwise it's harmless and gets neutralized in the stomach into sodium chloride. It's commonly used in cooking, for example in pretzels.
I'm not defending seed oils.
Not a causal risk factor. Correlation only. French 'people' have super high cholesterol relative to the average of the modern world, and have dramatically less heart disease than cholesterol would predict. French people eat less than other modern first world countries. Causal factors do not have exceptions. And you're gay.
Honestly I don't even think you have to go back that far. 150 years would almost certainly do the trick.
There was margarine and regined sugar 150 years ago
Hydrogenated vegetable oil was introduced to the american diet in 1911.
The point is avoid shit that was introduced after the industrial revolution. Cold pressed olive oil was used in cooking for thousands of years.
>clog your arteries.
Opinion discarded
Cardio has a bigger difference on cholesterol types in blood than diet by a wide margin
>dyel goycook defends sneed oils

Oh great. Here's a very gay Science man to tell me x didn't make me gay.

Per the usual seed oil alarmists have zero arguments
>this is normal
>Million Metric Tons
>Not Kilograms/Liters Per Capita
A scatter plot of KG/Capita vs CHD/CAD by country would be even better.
Now post the one that shows diabetes and heart attack deaths over the same period.
>this is normal
it's not. The automobile is single most destructive invention on Western civilization and the white race.
becoming this many people on this planet this quickly and building everything mainly around one single form of transport (the automobile) is why we're stuck in this hell forever.
there's no more space and there is almost no chance of re-modeling the big urban centers where most of us fricktards live on top of each other.
I try not to consume vegetable oils, but your reasoning is pretty moronic
Hey So basically I'm just gonna not eat the seed oils I Know..... UGH I know... It's just that I'm not gonna eat them is all HAHAHAHAHRHAHAHA HARAHARHARH

Don't engage with them. They're the same breed as vegans. Asking you for le peer reviewed sourcerino while looking 30 years older than they should be

Yeah I'll stick with plant proteins.
just don't buy from those sources, dummy
I spend $800 a month on groceries and buy all of my meat from farmers nearby
You get what you pay for always
Join a CSA, anon. Much cheaper, support local farmers, get the freshest high quality yield.
How do you move the food from the farmers to your home? Do you drive there every week or get it delivered?
We buy a lot at once and deep freeze
Go for a walk right now you lazy frick
This point is always ignored by sneed oil zealots, it smells and tastes nasty. Coconut oil, avocado oil, and especially olive oil are infinitely better
They’re literally on that carousel for 5 minutes either 2 or 3 times per day. And they’re in that holding pen for maybe 20 minutes at most, again, 2 or 3 times per day. The rest of the day they are chilling, eating, and chewing their cud in either a dry lot set up or a indoor set up where they have sand bedding that’s changed fairly often. And yeah can’t frick up cow cleanliness because you get docked on pay for a high somatic cell count—a measure of how many white blood cells are fighting off infection. People with unhealthy herds get docked hard. Also you can’t ship milk with antibiotics in it. Dairymen get massive investigations thrown upon them if they ship milk and it tests positive for any antibiotic. Every load is tested, no exceptions. DFA, the milk coop would be very happy to dump your milk if you frick up so they can command a higher price with less volume
t. Dairyman
Based milkchad. Keep milking those cowbreasts.
Based milker.
Vegans caught lying again.
NOOOOO YOU DONT UNDERSTAND THE HECKIN COWERINOS ARE BEING ABUSED AND GASSED WITH ZYKLON B BY THE EVIL FARMER FOR NO REASON WHATSOEVER. >Yeah I’ll stick with olive oil
which is diluted with other seed oils by the oilive oil mafia.
nta but I get mine from a family friend, then again I'm greek. Just find a trusty source and buy it yourself, it doesn't go bad like milk and you can easily buy in bulk
I have no problem getting 100% extra virgin olive oil where I live.
Dude just read the ingredients lmao'ing at your life.
>criminals that do this illegaly will surely put on the label they diluted it
are you fricking moronic?

I've heard the israelites fund the Olive Oil mafia to step on the olive oil, thus getting the sneed goils into the public at ever level
and the deep state know this and there are people on the inside fighting for the light against the dark
>maybe if I ridicule it with no evidence I can get them to go back to sleep
again anybody can look it up homosexual.
Screaming OLIVE OIL MAFIA just makes you look like a histrionic homosexual when you can't provide any evidence of how widespread the practise of olive oil adulteration may or may not be.
>it didn't happen
>well it did happen but did it happen today? though so, it never happened!
really homosexual?
So post some evidence that it is a widespread practise, or that reputable brands are guilty of it.
It's easy to assert something without evidence you dumb gay.

Holy shit this guy is a terrible speaker. I jumped around and listened for minutes at a time and he cannot say anything without jumping into multiple dependent clauses over explaining what he is saying, and at the end of it the only message that came across is that he’s a cico soience moron
Those damn scientists don't know anything!"
>way more calories than is healthy for his age
Eating on the basis of calorie counts is exactly as useful as judging writing based on word count.
>calories don't matter
Okay Amberlynn
my parents and late grandparents all still swear by margarine. a lot of people in certain european countries do.
Why is he doing hand gestures while speaking that make it seem like someone is pointing a gun at him the whole time?
It’s one of the first things they’ll teach you if you go to a public speaking or presentation class. I’ve noticed a lot of YouTubers for whom it clearly doesn’t come naturally doing this.
Kale isn’t really that expensive. At least where I live
I meant in the sense that once lobbyists label it as a superfood the price increases drastically. You can find equally nutritious leafy greens for cheaper.
goyslop merchants are relentless
What? You were the one who brought up the Lyon study.
If you are trying to argue the mortality reduction was due to the reduction in saturated fat it doesn't seem to be reflected in any change in LDL. Why is the change in omega 3:6 not more likely?
Look, I'm just not gonna eat your goyslop shit. It's not going to happen.
>"That is the dominant scientific opinion, and Im deferring to it, as I should""
Its also the dominant position that saturated fats are bad for you and anyone who actually looks at the data knows that its absolutely fricking bullshit.
Christ why even make a video thats just confirmation bias? Why not LOOK at the myriads of studies showing seed oils are terrible for you?
Relevant is that this trial was only of two double blinded studies on high omega 6 oils. This one showed higher cancer mortality and the other, Minnesota Coronary Survey also showed increased mortality in the intervention group.
Absolutely insane that the only hard evidence we have in the poly vs. sat fat debate is that polyunsaturated increases risk of heart disease, cancer, and mortality... yet le heckin science and the media tell us that sneed oils are safe. The world has gone mad, and anyone who dares speak the truth is labeled a lunatic.
>labeled a lunatic
I literally just don’t want to eat rancid chemically extracted oils, and will gladly pay more to do so
I would rather miss out on the cost savings of not using the grosser cheap oil if I am wrong, than experience health effects later in life if I am right.
You are what you eat, I choose real food
And the most rigorous test of his hypothesis disproved it. The solution? Don't publish it for over a decade and hide the results that the diet killed more people. Yet the USDA still recommend "heart healthy" vegetable oils.
Yeah. That experiment is the ultimate redpill about the extent to which the elites hate you. Opens the door to everything we “know” about nutrition being a lie for the past 70 years.
qrd?
A guy who worked at an insane asylum or some shit controlled what the patients are for a decade+, and found that the patients who ate more vegetable oils died of heart attacks at a higher rate. This was in the 70s iirc
>A guy who worked at an insane asylum or some shit controlled what the patients are for a decade
Tfw your doctor turns you into a sneed oil
You forgot to mention that the animal fat group had twice as many heavy smokers as the vegetable oil group, but still had a higher survival rate at the end of the study.
Ok Adam you can post your stupid shit in IST all you want but leave IST alone.
If seed oil is healthy, what makes fast food bad for you?
Fast food doesn't have pretty fruits and vegetables in all the colors of the rainbow. Your food has to be colorful to be healthy.
Red is a color isnt it? Red meat is the greatest food on earth. Yellow from eggs, pink from pork and chicken. I suppose youre right even tho your moronic
>I suppose youre right even tho your moronic
You have to collect, I mean make a friend of every color, I mean ethnicity, so you won't look racist.
Fixed it for you
those tomatoes can frick off too
Tomatoes are good for you.
Avoid greens tho. They're stealing your Calcium.
Some greens have Vitamin K which help you absorb Calcium.
Why does my doctor own so many stocks in the seed oil industry?
His videos are interesting but I can't stand the way he talks and his reddit comedy.
eat the poofas, hne is good for you
>YOU CANT HECKING CUT OUT SEED OIL YOU WILL PUT DOCTOR SHEKELBERG OUT OF BUSINESS!!!!!! BELIEVE. SCIENCE.
>implying the American beef lobby totally has your best interests in mind, and wouldn't ever push half-truths to cut out competition and ensue the only fat you ever consume is their beef tallow
You dumb goyim think the door only swings in one direction.
>beef tallow
>an ingredient in Aryan diets for thousands of years
>bad
Just shut the frick up dude, lmao
>NO YOU DON'T UNDERSTAND THE HECKIN' ARYANINOS ATE BEEF IN EVERY MEAL WITH PLENTY OF FAT AND NO ESTROGEN-BOOSTING PLANTS
>DON'T WORRY ABOUT THAT CHEST PAIN YOU'RE FINE, ONLY SUBHUMANS GET HEART ATTACKS
Heart attacks only became a common thing after the implementation of seed oils to replace animals fats and coconut oil
This, before seed oils there literally was no such thing as heartattacks, almost zero recorded cases until sneedoils started to inflitrate society and suddenly there were dozens, then hundreds of reported cases in medical journals and then it was counted by population and now its the leading cause of death.
>This, before seed oils there literally was no such thing as heartattacks
>The American College of Cardiology reports that the earliest documented case of coronary atherosclerosis – a build-up of plaque in the arteries that can cause a heart attack – was in an Egyptian princess who lived between 1580 and 1550 B.C. The study found that heart disease was more common in ancient times that previously thought.
Literally google first result.
>a spoiled dyel princess had health issues
Amazing, doesn't refute my point whatsoever, there were literally no cases of heartattacks before the introduction of seed oils.
Can't open that link, can't even open that website but other site had probably the same and that study notes it might have been genetic component since there was no explanation for their issues and thus eating healthy (no sneed oils) would be even more important.
I see literally no point in gambling with heavily processed seed oils that are very clearly correlating with the massive amounts of health issues from the moment they were introduced into western diets.
>IT HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH THE EXPLOSION OF CALORIC INTAKE, IT'S SNEED OILS AND DA JOOS, DA JOOOOOOOOS
Yep, that’s right
Well put my schizo friend
>eating things we've been eating for thousands of years vs. 50 years
You be the beta tester on all this shit if you want, I'll stick with the tried and true method
>Onions at $40 billion
Damn I didn't know we had that many stinky pajeets in US.
the American beef lobby totally has your best interests in mind
I'd rather eat beef than bugs so yes
I've never been into elimination diets, crazy food conspiracy theories, mommy blogger fear mongering or le ancestral diet grifting narrative but believe me when I say that no money and no argument in the world can convince me to eat this shit. Even if sneed oils are 100% safe for consumption there are so many better alternatives that it's just not worth it.
don't asian countries like japan consume a ton of seed oils but they also live longer and healthier than americans on average?
You're probably thinking of soi. Seed oils are a relatively new thing, they only popped up after their use as industrial lubricants in the 1800s
Chinks do but even they're moving away from stir fries
>Adam Ragusea
Lmao, this moronic leftoid? Whatever keep eating that poison moron, it's literally not my problem.
how bad is sunflower seed oil?
I'm not going to eat hydrogenated deodorized vegetable oil because rich people told me it helps fight capitalism, just not doing it :^)
Powerful, Floyd would be proud of oilcel bros
Goy oil
Goil
Sneed goils
it is not that hard;
seed oil; pressed (hence called "cold press") or refined once (seeds warmed) or twice (boiled once so the oil is "purer") at most, still tastes and smells like seed itself, expensive and a really hard sell
sneed oil; at some point seeds were involved but the result is some ungodly liquid that has nothing to do with the seeds anymore, basis of goyslop
Processed Motor oil is not going to be a part of that.
>homosexual israelite
closed.
you posted a literal s01 boy israelite to defend sneed oil. why did you post a literal s01 boy israelite to defend sneed oil?
Didn't watch, don't care, seed oils are literal poison.
>heh eating this'll teach those carnichuds a less-ACK!
vegetable oils are fine if they're processed the good old way (cold pressed, no lab chemicals or heat treatment). The rest is garbage
Slightly related. Is grape-seed oil a no go?
Weren't the people who started this anti seed oil trend shilling for some sort of algae oil on Twitter?
Nah, but one guy got sponsored to later shill on this sneed-oil alternative that was equally garbage
Another leftist projecting about his own fragile masculinity.
It's well known that lefty males are betas, and high test makes men conservative.
REMINDER Ragusea shills his videos here and on IST then publicly mocks the most moronic replies that he obviously made himself.
All because it just happened to be right leaning channels like What I've Learned that sparked up the more recent debate on seed oils.
>oh look it's ISTs lolcow Redditlord shill cuck Adam "BUY THIS PRODUCT" Reggusa TM
