The plastic wrap is also breathable, next time you buy meat notice that it's slightly discolored under the sticker because it can't breathe.                 that's a heavily diluted mixture, 1-2 grams of pure salt will kill you
                the amount needed to achieve the desired effect in meat is ofc much, much lower

    I worked as a butcher for years and never saw this shit. Meat scraps are sent into ground beef. This is complete fantasy. Do you have any idea how long that would take? It would be so cost inefficient compared to just grinding it up like they do.
