Uh oh, coffeebros

It’s all starting to make since. Every chronic coffee drinker I know looks the same. Tired, frail and just old. The dark circles under their eyes and their dry, wrinkly skin is an indicator from a mile away. Is it finally time to move on from this fad?

The israelites want you to be addicted. That got me to quit unironically. Haven’t had a sip of coffee all year.

I tried quitting recently. Made it 1.5 days. Only makes me want to quit more but god damn its got its hooks into me.

      Quitting coffe it's literally IMPOSSIBLE.
      i managed to quit:
      - cigs, little to none effort (smoked 15 daily for years)
      - coke (did twice monthly for 3 years)
      - booze
      - daily beer

but not coffee. It's impossible. I go into a zombiemode everytime i try

Makes me really glad that I absolutely fricking hate coffee and can’t bear to drink that shit. Same reason I don’t partake in alcohol because I find most alcoholic drinks repulsive and unpleasant save for beer.

I do drink a shitload of green tea which I think might be a bad idea when trying to lose weight. Maybe I’ll just stick to water.

      >I do drink a shitload of green tea which I think might be a bad idea when trying to lose weight
What? Green tea contains caffeine, a stimulant, it burns calories and reduces appetite and makes you feel more energetic. Is it sweetened or something?

It also diminishes the quality of your REM sleep, which affects your cognitive performance and ability to dream. People who megadose caffeine to do gym 1% more effectively are insane

Then why do heavy beer drinkers seem stronger and heavy coffee drinkers seem smarter? Does this study take toleranc see into account?

When i smoked weed 2 weeks into over 1g a day its a whole nother thing, it makes you stupid when it fricks you up too much same thing. For example, muay thai people who drink and smoke enough to make you puke and it makes their 150lb frame stronger than a 200lb american temporarily enebriated pussy.

Never understood coffee addiction. It tastes great, but the caffeine has never really made me more alert or whatever.
I lived in south America for a while and they drink that shit with dinner, and I did too and could sleep just fine.
I'll sometimes have a coffee if it is a really cold day, or iced if really hot out, but only if I am feeling like I want that flavor specifically.
Otherwise I just drink water and go about my day.
If you want to be alert and awake for your day, then start your day earlier, and workout in the morning. Cardio will get you to peak alertness more than anything other than Adderall.
Personally, I wake up at 3, get to the gym at 4, lift until 5, run until 530, shower, get to work at 630. Im asleep by 9 at the latest, which is perfectly reasonable if you are an adult with a life. 6 hours of sleep is better than 8 since a sleep cycle is 3 hours long.
Since switching to this schedule a year ago, I have way more energy and I am alert and ready for the day by the time I get to work. Meanwhile my coworkers sluggishly drag themselves through the door holding their bean juice and goyslop breakfast sandwiches with dark rings under their droopy eyes and arent properly functioning until around 11am.

    This explains it
    >never drink coffee and alcohol
    >put on sunscreen every day
    >do HIIT, martial arts since teens
    >do intermittent fasting since 25

When I went to the club at 29 people guessed my age to be 19

Sunscreen is bad for you unless you are out in the sun literally all day. If you are only in direct sun for like 3-4hrs a day, sunlight is going to be good for your skin. Sunscreens have lots of chemicals and block your pores.
I have never worn sunscreen and have great skin, better than most. All I do is exfoliate with a washcloth and cleanser in the shower at night, and I put on skin-so-soft moisturizer after the shower before bed. No wrinkles, no zits, no pock marks, no discoloration.

Coffee also raises testosterone and reduces mortality. Keep your skin nice and smooth if you're a woman though.
