shouldn't these be full of meat?

That's at least 400 cal per tortillas. Eat 3 and your average Joe will start to gain weight.

Yeah no shit if you're eating 3 whole burritos for a meal you will likely gain weight. Most people eat one and have a small 100-200 calorie side. 600 calories is reasonable for a meal.

is this homie really trying to act like mexicans aren't also fat little goblinos?

      lol right
I'm mexican and I'm a fat little goblino
I fricking love cooking mexican food, my dad and godmother taught me (both from mexico), but its greasy delicious shit and you will immediately get fat
that said, homemade corn torillas (masa so fricking cheap just get a tortilla press) is the easiest shit and everyone should do it vs. buying (corn) tortillas
Also, homemade salsa is infinitely easy and infinitely better than anything store bought (salsa verde: halve tomatillos, broil them until skin blisters along with serrano or jalapeno + a few cloves garlic, throw all into a blender, thin slightly with water, salt, add thinly sliced white onion- literally the brightest tasting salsa you will ever have).
I make salsa all the time, super super easy. Everyone will think you know your way around a kitchen.
      >Also Tortas are the best sandwich variant and I will fight you over it

I went from a regular diet to keto while keeping the same calories and had no fat loss whatsoever.
I was noticeable less hungry tho, so that's what make people lose weight on it.
        It isnt some magic shit.

The entire world south of the border cant handle it either. Not one decent looking human until you reach Colombia and those are rare and never last past 30.

    >They are eating this type of Tortilla on a daily basis
No wonder some of you idiots get so fat, you are supposed to eat like max 3 tortillas, and not these. But the ones that Mexicans usually buy at their convenience store. Very slim and smaller tortillas.

    >The amount of glucose that can be synthesized from a protein depends on its amino acid (AA) composition. This value is about 60 g from 100 g of liver or muscle protein and is based on a knowledge of the total AA content and the proportion of each AA that can be converted to pyruvate
    https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC3636610/
    >In 1915, using a phlorhizinized dog preparation, Janney (5) demonstrated clearly that the deaminated amino acids (carbon skeletons) present in dietary proteins could be used to produce glucose endogenously. For most common proteins, 50–80 g of glucose can be derived from 100 g of ingested protein. Nevertheless, as early as 1913, Jacobson (6) reported that ingestion of proteins did not raise the blood glucose.

Interesting, because when you Google it a 30g tortilla is 80cal. A large egg is 78.

      >30g tortilla is 80cal.
According to google, the package says otherwise.

      >Single tortilla wrap (30g) is about 200 Cal.
Are they contain 16g fat and 14g of carbs or something? Doesn't adds up.

Yes, because it's easier to preserve it that way.

This is the standard burrito tortilla. Flour taco tortillas are like 100kcal and corn tortillas are 100kcal for 2 (standard serving size at all food places).

, where it says 210 kcal per 70g serving?
        Can you do simple arithmetics?

Until OP provides some actual proof, i refuse to believe there is a tortilla wrap with over 50% fat and the rest carbs. I doubt you could get these numbers even deep frying the mf.

Ffs even fricking butter has only 80% fat and the rest water etc.

When I make tortilla wraps I usually fill them with beef, yogurt, tomatos, salad, lemon juice, onion/garlic... all healthy stuff but the tortilla really kills it. Do I have to make my own?
