It is possible. Just eat clean and your body will want to eat as much as it needs. If your d3 levels are in normal ranges, your body has no use in storing excess fat.

Because you are not bulking. Your body will ask only as much as you need and if you eat extra, it will burn extra calories through NET. With low d3 that's impossible

Alternatively you could have looked good all the time and just "leangained, maingained, leanbulked, whateverthefrick" from 130lbs to 160lbs and reached 2pl8 bench for 3. Im not saying it doesnt work but in the end cutting/bulking is just as slow as memegaining. And for me personally its worse, I dont like getting fat and I dont like cutting either. So just eating barely above maintenance and maintaining athletic physique is way better IMO.

The gains you saw were from getting to a proper weight and actually eating enough to sustain your body properly allowing for proper rest, recovery and growth (and likely better sleep and qualitative feeling more healthy which further helps growth and motivation)
Going from dangerously thin to a normal weight is not the same as intentionally bulking from a lean but healthy weight to a weight that is heavier than you ever need to be for the short term purposes of gaining more muscle. Even if you ‘got a little fluffy’ you were onky actually bulking for the last 15-20lbs the rest was just you not being an anorexic tard

On a bulk you're eating 3.3g/kg, that's 1.5g/lb, in protein.
You'd have to be 170kg (372lbs) to need 4lbs of chicken breast per day.
If you are 372lbs, lean, and trying a clean bulk, I'll have to concede the point. But you aren't, don't know how to diet, and are going full moron on protein. Skill issue.
