    your opinion literally doesnt matter. its like a beer league player giving his hot take to an NHL player how to play hockey. you are dealing at such a meaningless level. you have no muscle mass, you are probably 20-25% bodyfat, your input is just all around useless.

    unless you are lifting 2/3/4/5 with 6-pack abs, dont tell me how "it just werks" and "how easy it is". of course its fricking piss easy to lose fat when you are obese and dont move any kind of weight in the gym.

    What weight are you and what weight are you cutting to.

    It's much harder to cut at 150lbs than it is when you're 250lbs
