yeah i agree it's a fatso machine because of the mechanics. being lean and strong means it's an exercise of trying to not let your butt fly off the seat, which makes other options so much better.
I want to do these so badly but I don't have the tools for it, fricking tragic
Can only do reverse hypers but their muscle targeting is pretty much... reversed.
You don't get enough lower back work from squats and deadlifts? In what way could this help lol. I would understand if it was a reverse hyper, but not normal hypers.
>no it doesn't but it's a good glute and hamstring builder
I do these but with this machine
am I gonna make it?
Ya already did, son.
with these based words I'm going to sleep now
good night bros
Sleep well, anon.
post the unneutered version
different exercise, those are very good for bulletproofing the lower back though
I hate these. I can max it out and feel nothing.
going to fast fatty
you're a fatty since the only way to do that is by being obese
The only way to use that machine is being fat?

Slow and controlled, focus on the low back.
If your shit is that bulletproof do some good mornings, RDL's or bent over rows first to pre-fatigue.
Looks like a great way to frick up your lower back.
Don't forget
>dips
>pull ups
>dead hangs
>front squats
>abdominal lifts
>rdl's.
many more.
Which many more, just a beginner but I thought only like 4 diff exercises should be enough for each day, like back day or leg day

these work really well at strengthening lower back if you do them correctly. full rom, squeeze glutes on the way up.
I've swapped to weighted extensions over RDLs
absolutely blasts my lower back

I don't deadlift. It's a dumb zoomer meme exercise

I prefer hip thrusts, but these feel great too
I'm up to 40kg bar on back on these, they feel unreal. Just went from 1x a week to 2x because they just feel that good.
Also 3x20 seated good mornings feel phenomenal as well
They're one of my favourite exercises, but they frick with my blood pressure so much I nearly pass out after every set.
Don't forget these. Might even be more important.
How is that machine called? I might have to buy it for my home gym
I've never seen anyone else at my gym do these, which is a shame since they are do based.
Do them with a medicine ball, not a barbell or plates
wouldn't reverse hyper be better since you can load it more easily?
How to do it at home?
