    if youre starting from 0 and not obese it will take about 2 years of calisthenics 4 days a week maybe 5 also eating proper macros and daily cardio. but once you get this body its super easy to maintain and you can coast on not watching your diet too much and only 2-3 days if exercise to maintain.
