Then who cares about the fat content of nuts?

This. It's better to keep a rule of most foods you eat at home being high carbs and protein. If I'm eating fat in more than trace amounts then it's because Im eating out. I'm eating something delicious basically. I'm not gonna sit at home and eat a high fat 5/10 tasting snack. Don't munch down on nuts & act like it's bringing you closer to your goals than a Snickers bar.

Snickers and nuts have a completely different nutrient profile. There's no sugar in nuts. Snickers have peanuts which is a low tier nut. What's wrong with Fat? isn't it beneficial to the nervous system? Nuts have a decent amount of minerals compared to other Vegetables. Meat is superior all around though and I would only recommend having a handful of nuts daily for the fiber.

If I have more than a handful of nuts a day it kind of hurts to take a shit tbh. too many particles.

      > Fat bad
You're just the opposite of ketolards. There is no rational reason to believe that any of the three macronutrients are bad for the human body.

Which are the best nuts? I like hazelnuts and pecans, not a huge fan of Brazil nuts but they get included in every bag of mixed nuts so I eat them anyway.

Be careful how many Brazil nuts you consume as they are high in selenium and can be toxic if you eat too many.
