Vaping

Thoughts on vaping IST? I've been trying it last few days, I think it works well as an appetite suppressor on my cut, but not sure if it's doing any damage to my body. Anyone here lift & vape for a long time?

Boomers and autists will call you a gay for it, but it's healthier than smoking and does help on a cut, just keep cardio up and your lung capacity will be fine

It's less unhealthy than smoking, it's not healthier than smoking.

nicotine is more addictive than heroin. They did studies on chimpanzees that proved this

But go ahead and vape, lets see if you can quit after (you cant)

frick, is this real? i have an addictive personality as it is...

        yea its real

i think one of the chimpanzees killed itself when they were no longer being given nicotine. it refused to eat and starved itself to death

Yep all my friends who tried quitting the vape starved to death

Maybe the correct conclusion is that chimpanzees are moronic put that in your sodomite study

nicotine is fricking easy to quit the tobacco industry just convinced you it's hard so you stay mentally addicted to it, treat it like a cold and you'll be fine in a week

Been vaping for almost a year now and the biggest difference is shortness of breath during lifts. Besides the drain on the wallet. Havent vaped long enough to notice any other changes/symptoms.

After I quit smoking cigarettes for 9 years about a pack a week, I switched to vaping for two years. Then I switched to nicotine pouches for about a year and a half then quit cold turkey. Been clean for about 5 months feels great however I get sugar cravings now

You're in for misery when you decide to quit, and you will, because vaping is fricking stupid and you'll feel pathetic addicted to it. Ounce of prevention worth a pound of cure.

I vaped long term and it got to the point where my lungs were so fricked that it was like I was breathing through a tiny coffee straw 24/7. At the height of my vaping, I actually had to go to the hospital for a hypertensive event presumably caused by the vaping, and you have to understand that at that time I was a fit lean dude who worked out 5 days a week, not some diabetic fatty with heart disease. I quit about a year and a half ago and it has gotten a lot better, and I would say don't start. It does have bad health consequences and even fit people are not immune.

You'll get sucked into doing it because you won't notice bad health consequences for a year, maybe two years, and you assume that there's nothing bad and that it's fine for your health. But by the time the cumulative health consequences pile up enough to be noticeable, it will be such a long term feature of your daily life and so insinuated into all your habits and routines and behaviors that you will have a hell of a time quitting and moving on, even in the face of your lungs barely working

Nicotine contracts your blood vessels which means reduced oxygen delivery to your muscles. Guess what this does to your workouts and recovery?

Anyone who thinks nicotine is good for lifting is a special kind of moron

Nicotine is based but ecigs deliver it too quickly and you'll habit form into inhaling it. With patches, you have 30min onset which means you can start doing something productive, then get dopamine from the nicotine, and your brain will misassociate the dopamine to whatever you're doing. This creates a positive feedback loop.

    I quit it
Replaced my vaping with drinking water
Now I piss a lot and maintain my sams physique without weight gain
Save like more than 20 bucks a week I would spend on vapes every weak
It was just ridiculous how often I vaped
It actually like looking back at a junkie me

I was several year long addict to nicotine
At first cigarettes because I went to a high school for troubled youths so smoking cigs was seen as something you just do.
So I smoked out of peer pressure
But I hated the smell even back then and this was during a the time vapes were brand new and started to gain traction
So after vaping non stop everyday 24/7
For 7 years I am glad to no longer be Slave to it
I am free from it granted vapes didn’t cause any medical issues even from vaping heavily for 7 years straight.
The fact that I can just leave my house with my phone, wallet , and key’s without having a panic attack because I lost my vape.

I look like a massive homosexual but it's more convenient.

How? Just fricking do it anon. If you have the mental discipline to force yourself to pick up the heavy weight and tear your muscles, then you have the mental discipline to just sit down there and recognize that all you're feeling, is a feeling that will pass.

You'll feel like shit for a week, you'll be fine.

Zoomer as frick so my morning routine usually consists of just 4 scrambled eggs in a tortilla, a monster energy and my vape.

Might listen to an audiobook on the way to campus, usually just end up listening to music.

dont vape disposables. those are probably worse than cigs but nobody knows for sure.
get a real box mod and later you can try to make your own liquids and coil. Most people dont want a box mod that because its too much of an investment and theyre just lazy even though you end up spending way less in the long run and it takes almost 0 effort if you use prefab coils. Also you get to save your lungs and save your breath

Use it an as a mean to stop smoking and set up a timeframe, for example a year when you will do it, its a less harmful option, also remember to buy quality products on only on the device but the cotton and liquid, is something that is not being correctly regulated and you can just frick up your lungs.

If you don't smoke, don't vape
