Varicocele Surgery

Getting this surgery on my balls on Wednesday. Have low t (low 400s) and little to no sperm count (one 50k reading, many 0 readings). My left testicle is like a bag of gummy worms.

What am I in for on this surgery and afterwards? No fapping, no sex, no working out for a while. Will my test and sperm count increase? Will the discomfort and pain go away?

Im worried about this. The main reason I'm getting it is for fertility reasons. Do you know what has caused your infertility?

        >Do you know what has caused your infertility?
No maybe it was hormonal or whatever who knows i just accepted it at some point and moved on

I would blow myself up if I found out I was infertile. How do you just move on from that?

You simply have a good handful of relationships and realize after the last one its not worth it beeing around women. Its not just you and the child its you the child and the foid and her antics

i had my balls' varicose veins checked out and while they weren't severe, the specialist said I didn't actually need to do anything unless I didn't like the aesthetic. sperm count / reproductive ability is not expected to be affected by mild varicose veins

your post makes me wonder if I should get a sperm count done, but what does it matter I'm single in my 30s anyway lol

      Well in my case

Didnt work for me still infertile

It was actually severe as it caused pain during erections but still changed nothing really about my fertility

Imagine someone grabbing onto your sperm cord and just pull it down during the day. It's like the sore feeling on the cord and balls. Sometimes it feels like someone just punched your nuts. You might notice enlarged veins, for me at the bottom of my balls it's like a sack of words that's visible.

I'm 35, I had this done when I was 22. The recovery is pretty easy. It's not too painful, you won't need painkillers and you'll be able to walk around just fine. No sex, fapping, workouts for 2 weeks. My ball sac got swollen at one point, like someone put a bag a saline in it but it went away. I had it because it was just painful, idk if I couldn't have kids or not. BUT fast forward and it slowly has come back over time. A few months ago I was in such pain I wanted to go to the ER but knew they couldn't do shit. Now I have to get the radiology procedure to put coils in the veins this time around.

Varicose and spermatocelea and other shit supposedly does not affect T or fertility. But you def should try as all cases are indovidual at the end

Getting surgery for varicocele is a meme, you don't need it, it's quite common to have varicose veins on the left testicle, unless you can't actually conceive a child first get the female checked they are the one's usually with issues DO NOT GO FOR SURGERY
