God damn, Zoomers ruined this place and the internet at large. Frick you OP. I'm not even joking, I hope someone hits you in the head with a blunt object

I don't know who those people are. I am basically in 2007 mode anon. I used to go on b when it was good and eventually when it was filled with porn and shit I made my way to hobby boards with the other old gays. I don't have a youtube account. I don't 'subscribe' to anything. I don't have cable. I have internet and a plex server and torrent everything. I come on IST every few weeks and look for LULz but they're rare-er these days. All this board seems to be lately is people pushing 'e-celebs' and asking moronic questions like "what would happen and would I reach my macro goal by eating only butter for 1 week and then the next week eating all peanut butter while running a 5K at Zone 2 level cardio and lifting 5x5 of this and 3x10 of this?"

Pretend you're speaking to the amish when you talk to me is what I'm saying.

I just don't understand why you people don't just go lift. Go fricking lift and run bro. Literally half this board could be replaced by

        >Count Calories if cutting
        >Run to burn extra calories
        >Lift weights and eat protein to get more muscle

Its not that fricking hard. You don't have to watch some grifter to know how to get jacked

So you waste time consuming mind-numbing shit other people created, too, except corporate? Frick off with your virtue signaling then.

        >how the frick do you people know who these people are?
        >Be interested in weightlifting
        >Look up weightlifting youtube videos on youtube
        >Get recommended random guy who casually lifts close to WRs in some old church.
        >Watch more of his videos because that's a rather interesting thing
        >If you are of reasonable intelligence (N/A for you) then you will have learned about a new person from watching his videos.

I like learning new options or techniques.
In 2007 I was 12 years old and getting bullied.
I do go lift, but when that's all I did I ended up snapped up after 5x5 dogma.
I don't like running because my joints hurt for a week after.
            So I cycle instead.

Every "vegan athlete" of any note spends their entire rise to their prime eating meat/eggs/dairy, and the switch to veganism marks the beginning of the end of their heyday. No exceptions.
