    A better diet is not to be an autist about food.
    To eat a whole variety of tasty things, and products of good qualit, in reasonable portions.

    Eat plenty fruits and vegetables, good quality meat and fish, diferent king of grains. Avoid over processed stuff made in factories. Dairy products if your body handles them

    Drink mostly water.

    You're good.

        Did they test the stone and confirm it was oxalate and not calcium? Do you not have calcium in your diet to break down oxalates? These substances are only bad in isolation and high doses

        I've had two kidney stones and the easy part was pissing them out of the bladder, no pain.
        The painful part is when they dislodge from the kidney and travel down the tube between the kidney and bladder. The tube is narrow so urine gets blocked and builds backpressure in the kidney which causes intense pain.

          Fruits are intended by the plant to be eaten, spreading the seeds further. Vegetables are not intended for that, the seeds are generally softer and digested when eaten.
          Tubers are a store of energy for a plant the seeds above ground so they are good to go

      Depends on which part you eat. Botanical fruits are meant to be eaten. Tubers and other energy stores are fine too. Avoid leaves and seeds, especially raw.

    Vegetables and grains can be part of a healthy diet provided they're prepared in such a way as to be more easily digested and minimize the anti-nutrients. Such as fermentation.
    However it's much easier to just focus on eating the entire animal, fruit, and dairy for all of your macro and micronutrient requirements.
    Tbh if you're actively trying to lose weight, then nose-to-tail eating with dairy will still cover all of your micronutrients and you can just add or remove fruits to manipulate your total calorie intake
