Pickles are disgusting. They smell and taste more heavily of vinegar than vinegar itself. Like shoving your tongue tonsil-deep into the anus of Poseidon himself.

They are so rich that everything feels boring now except using the power they have to get an ego boost.(by making your life shittier, seeing how you dont realize it and laugh)

        Tldr
Your nervous system's signals aren't electricity the way youd get from a generator (moving metal through a magnetic field)
Instead it uses ions to create the voltage.
Your body makes these from electrolytes.

Your nervous system (brain) is a 1 of the biggest factors in everything you do, including sports performance. Electrolytes are therefore very important. They are, amongst other things, the micros you get from stuff like fruits and veg.
As a rule of thumb, if it's acidy or salty, it's likely good for electrolytes.
Pickles are sticks of water + micros, soaked in acid and salt.

      Retard just drink more water

        Anonymous

Doesn't work that way. Salt is a vasoconstrictor. When you eat salty foods your cells absorb more water to compensate, which causes them to swell up in size. This places pressure on blood vessels, meaning the heart has to pump harder to get the same amount of blood pumped. Drinking more water will pass the salt quicker, but this process will still occur. Because of my predisposition to hypertension I'm more sensitive to it than most, so whenever I eat a salt bomb like a big delicious pickle it causes me to feel like shit and put unnecessary stress on my body.

just drink more diuretics that have some hydration such as extensive amounts of green teas, double the benefits with ECGG antioxidants and longevity micros + the diuretic effect helps you release excess sodium. That allows you to consume as much minerals as you'd like.
Also switch to 50/50 sodium-potassium salt, if you're still consuming too much.
But if you drink at least 750ml to 1l of green tea daily, you'll never have problem with sodium intake ever again. Just brew a big jug in the morning, consume throughout the day warm in a thermos, or iced. Easy peasy.

Doesn't that have caffeine in it though?

          Anonymous

Green tea does have minimal amounts of caffeine, which if you drunk over the course of an entire day, would be entirely not noticeable. It's equivalent of micro-dosing a healthy 20mg of caffeine for each cup, spaced over the course of three-four hours, and accompanied with sufficient hydration itself to avoid dehydration.
It's a goated method to get a slow release of both energy, and stress regulating compounds such as theanine, which helps with a sense of both focus and relaxation : zen.

If you would like to not consume any caffeine, then I would just suggest switching to an other form of tea, such as white tea or hibiscus. There are endless variety of slightly diuretic herbs which you can drink in infusions.
Also consuming high amounts of tea throughout the day also helps with water retention (slow release diuretic effects reduce bloat) and also help with cutting hunger due to some thermogenic effects.

No problem. Drinking tea and herbal infusions is what I contribute to staying lean year round, but also well hydrated, and regulating my blood pressure.
In the summer, I like to consume my tea iced with a dash (around 20ml) of fresh or bottled pure lemon juice (even more diuretic effects, and vitamins), or the occasional peach tea syrup extract (I have a brand that is organic with really good macros), as a treat.
It's incredible what it's done for me in terms of both physique (reducing bloat to the point I can stay lean throughout the day) and feel of the body (lightness, hydration, focus and mental clarity).
