Wagies at my job can't accept the fact that I lift 5x a week and can go all 8 hours of physical work without eating anything while they are binge eating pastries all day, they somehow are always more tired than me while doing less work (especially the girls who just chat all day).
Why are they so undisciplined?

Age hasnt taken its toll on you yet
It has, I'm 26. There's a guy who's 20 and that does same physical job as me, he's exhausted all day but he's always eating goyslop, smokes and doesn't lift.
The girls are in their mid 20s and have already hit the wall and look 30+
26 is still peak physically. Wait until you're 30+.
>20 is still peak physically. Wait until you're 36
>26 is still peak physically. Wait until you're 30
>30+ is still peak physically. Wait until you're 40+
>40+ is still peak physically. Wait until you're 50+
Cope harder old man, I will still be lifting at 90. If I get dementia, I will use my last moments of clarity to write my last wishes to my kids and grandkids, among them forcing me to go to tge gym even if it means I shit myself there.
I’ve just come to accept that most people don’t understand that if you do basic light exercise, use a computer and don’t eat you’ll basically stay young forever
>don't eat
Sounds dyel
Then keep eating.
Post yourself drinking a gallon of estragón filled milk right now b***h
I drink half and half and kefir achschually
Don’t see picks bubble breasts, guess that means you’re just a seething white boy.
See my first post
Nta think about your dad and the other dads they don’t just magically pretend to be huffing
With every small move it’s an inevitable process of being a male human. Age will get you and everybody
Not if I start taking steroids
>think about your dad
Doesn't exercise, his lifting phase lasted a month or so.
>and the other dads
Same I wager.
Made dad doesn't huff and he's 60. Still goes cross country biking. He even got the clot shot. Same thing with my father in law, he also exercises. When do they start huffing? Their death bed?
Nah 22-30 is basically your prime. By 30 things will start to slow and 35 shit will start to get hard. At 40 your physical job plus working out will crush you and by 50 if you’re still doing some primarily physical work you’ll be obviously slower than your peers to the point of complaint and you will be obviously struggling and in constant pain.
I turn 41 tomorrow and haven't slowed down yet. My 30s were my best. Sorry Anon most people just start slacking off or get busy with other priorities.
Its hilarious because when your actually in your 30's it becomes more clear who took care of themselves and who didn't.
The folks that "took care of themselves" stay early 30's forever and the folks that didn't take care of themselves look 40 when they're 30.
I don't know if the folks crying about it being over in your 30's
A. Don't know anyone who has been working out for 10+ years
B. Can't tell what age someone is and assume the fit guys are much younger than they are.
This dude in pic related is deadlifting 500+ pounds in his 70s. Most people are just fat lazy pieces of shit.
Weak people project their weakness. Simple as. This threads a good example

Does it trigger the lunk alarm when you force a visibly confused and upset octogenarian to lift?
No one is saying you won't still lift. The difference is eventually the improvements will slow. You'll have to put exponentially more effort into smaller and smaller gains. Eventually you'll wake up and something just won't feel right in a joint and you'll have the choice, "do I pusher hard today, or just maintain my current level"? If you push harder, you flip a coin, and if it comes up tails, the next day you wake up and your joint hurts, and it takes 3 months before the pain finally goes away. You keep lifting during this time, though, just at a lighter weight. Finally you get to the point you can start adding weight again, and then, surprise, you wake up and something just won't feel right. You're now faced with the same choice. The last time you pushed harder in this scenario it cost you three months of lifting. This time you just decide to maintain what you have. Over months though, a little pain creeps in and you eventually roll back the weight by 5-10% and then that becomes the new normal for a while until you have to do it again. Don't get me wrong, I'm going to be running and lifting until the day I die of old age, outliving all the fatasses in my life, but I also acknowledge that I will never be stronger in the future than I am today.
Actually aerobic exercise and healthy lifestyle cures Alzheimer’s and dementia so itll likely never be an issue for you.
based
>y-you'll burn out, you just wait!
keep lifting king
34 here. Literally EVERYTHING has gotten better. The average age of UFC Champs at the moment is like 33. In powerlifting its 36. Men literally just keep getting better. Yeah, you'll have to adjust some things in your life because recovery takes longer, but if you're struggling in your 30's it's because you did nothing but dick around in your 20's. I'm tired of reading cope from losers who never even tried to make it
Imagine comparing yourself to professional athletes, you sad motherfricker.
>imagine never playing sports at a high level
There's a reason I compare myself that way anon. Not everyone on this board is a never-was, some of us are in fact has-beens
This. I’ve been playing all kinds of sports from the age of 5 to around 22. Been around the world snowboarding and now I’m with my wife of 14 years and my two kids. I’m glad I did everything I could before because I don’t want to do that anymore.
Post body then pussy. If you post a meme or some e-celeb then we can assume you're just a dyle projecting
I'll give you a quad. Gonna guess you've never been below 20% bf judging by your need to lash out like a woman. Your turn
Nice quads. I’m jelly. No homo
Since he posted it yours turn now homosexual
why would i not compare myself to the people i want to be peers with...?
Yeah, I do. While I was a far cry from playing in D1 let alone the NFL I have more in common and am closer physically to them than some guy who never played sports and has never picked up a weight. Every year around the combine I’ll rep out 225 to see how many people I can beat. If you aren’t comparing yourself to the best who are you comparing too? I can acknowledge they are better than me and still try to see where I stack up.
theres a difference between being a software engineer who powerlifts and a bricklayer who lays 800 brick a day and goes to the gym after.
I guess his problem is primarily the smoking.
Nah it is the goyslop, I smoke half a pack a day and can smoke walking up a hill without getting out of breath. I am 28 and do cardio and avoid all goyslop including olive oil peanut butter and avocados which yes are all goyslop.
Age ain't shit. I'm 36 and do the same. Diet/exercise GIVES you energy, doesn't take it away.
As a fellow 36yr old I agree. I fast till I get home from work.
This. I've never felt more dog shit than the weeks I didn't workout for more than 3 days a week
based
No it doesn't.
I'm 30 and with a full time job, and if I lift all my energy is gone. Work, lift, eat a big meal with enough protein, sleep. That's all.
Now that I'm simply on a diet and only lift 1 time a week tops I have the time and energy to do other things.
If you take care of yourself you can go hard into your 60s. My father still plays pickup baseball and out runs and out hits 20-somethings.
this.
you have to maintain your body. if you sit on your ass and get fat as frick and atrophy for thirty fricking years then its so fricking over.
This is the biggest cope, I know 60 year olds who are a day from retirement that work with as much enthusiasm as they did at 20. BEING HEALTHY AT ANY AGE IS A CHOICE. USE IT OR LOSE IT.
How do you know how hard they worked at 20? You don’t.
it's routine and discipline
I did notice that fasting got harder for me as I got older. I just wake up without energy and feeling like shit, but I didn’t when I was younger.
Age shouldn't affect your energy levels that much if you eat a healthy animal based diet full of eggs, meat and milk.
Verification not required.
Fpwp. You're a genetic dead end and also probably fat.
>bragging about working harder for the same pay at a manual labor job
ngmi. if you were smart you would be chatting with the women or in the bathroom smoking weed all day.
They can chat because they are the ones selling shit at the store, me and the 2 other dudes need to make sure everything is on its place but I don't push myself too hard to avoid injuries
kek this. get away with doing as little work as possible and always give yourself more credit than is due
Always promise less than you can do and oversell your achievements. I'm a complate Black person at my corporate job but have been rising up the ladder just by doing this.
>this one homosexual entering thread just to brag that he doesn't work/works from home
we get it, bro. If you'd like it so much then you wouldn't feel the need to brag about yourself/belittle others
I do manual labor too. I have to eat at work because it's the only time I can get into the mindset for bulking like a robot. When I'm home I just can't be arsed to eat. I'd never eat a packaged pastry though. Full of seed oil and dyes. I usually eat a big cup of oatmeal with lots of butter and coconut sugar and two meatball sandwiches with mozzarella, ketchup and mustard.
OP here. I eat 5-6 boiled eggs and 2 cups of milk before going to work. I feel like that's enough for me to stay satiated for atleast 7-8 hours.
Wagies are always hungry because they are bringing chocolate bars, coca cola, cake, bread and all kinds of goyslop that won't satiate you.
No carbs? Damn. I need muh carbs.
Joe?
I though that arrow was cum on her face
It do look like that, though
i got it too but i won't tell anyone lol
Do you get many outbreaks?
okay and? why should we care?
white woman in her early 20s
How obvious can a fake be
+90% of people extremely underestimate the health benefits of lifting weights and working out.
A person who smokes, drinks alcohol etc. but lifts weights and exercises is STILL going to be more healthy and age better that someone who doesn't do those but also doesn't exercise.
They simply cannot comprehend the idea that going to the gym actually gives you more energy.
Exercise makes such a difference. I smoke maybe a cigarette a day, vape often and drink. Working on unfricking my bad habits. But my gf and brother dont exercise. They have both gotten sick 2-3 times in the last half year and I haven't gotten sick even sharing the bed with my sick gf. And I always have more energy then them.
People either don't understand or don't WANT to understand that when you put an appropriate amount of stress on your mind and body, it gives you MORE energy both mentally and physically. Lazy bastards would rather tell themselves that there's no way they could go to the gym or do cardio, because they're already so tired, when the exact reason they are so tired is because they don't use their body properly.
Cardio and healthy food is a productivity tool. All the effective people I work with seem to understand this and do peloton, running, or some casual sport. The gluttons convince themselves that it is a net expenditure. Let them stay in their bucket is what I say. Trying to help them is pointless.
The play button on her chin and her weird makeup job on the forehead makes it look like she took a cum blast on her forehead and then he dribbled the last of it on her lips and the dumb prostitute drooled it down her chin instead of swallowing
55 year old body right here.
Mogs me
Is that Tim olyphant
its tim olyphant
Nice you’re the loser who does 90% of the work while the chads and Stacey’s all laugh at you lol
I don't tho, I half ass most of it but they somehow still do less than me
I guess talking to customers can be mentally draining
its impossible to do all the work at work. people are so fricking lazy at work.
>I lift 5x a week and can go all 8 hours of physical work without eating anything
Okay Mr. Auschwitz
uhhh you dont eat anything? okay I doubt you 3 plate squat or do anything what the girls are not doing
>Your reward for being a good man for 20 years, wagie.
radioactive pussy is now part and parcel of dating and you have to embrace it
What do you do for work? They probably are undisciplined, but they're also turbo depressed too.
Need to restock items at a store, heavy box lifting when there's new shit arriving, making sure the stock is well organized. So basically going up and downstairs with boxes, sometimes they are heavy, sometimes they are light, range from 10-50kg (I could load more than that and risk an injury but I don't want to). It's really heavy on ur knees and legs but I've had some wrist issues because of repetitive movement.
Depending on just how good your energy levels are even after you do all of this work, you might be a genetic outlier in terms of metabolic capacity/regeneration potential and activity capacities. For everyone who has burnout and killed mitochondrial activity + cortisol and hpa-axis issues after overworking themselves for a decade, or just generally low energy levels, there is statistically a matching counter-outlier with perfect mitochondrial dna, parasympathic regeneration capacity, test levels, hpa-axis attenuation + responsitivity. Consider yourself lucky. I know a couple people who became severely chronically ill just from overworking themselves for a couple years with dozens of autoimmune and other issues, while others like my dad could do 14h days for their entire lives and still shoot out of bed in the morning with perfect health well into his 70s
Every time I scroll past this image in the catalog it looks like she's got cum dripping off her chin.
