I’m a white guy and just found out that all my friends use sunblock for their face every day. I’m 30 and never used it except at the beach. Did I frick up? Am I going to look like an old man in 5 years?

Where in the world do you live?
Muttmerica near DC
You probably should be wearing it then, you could probably get away with it in New England or Washington state but probably not that far south.
Sunscreen gives you cancer.
I've never known anyone that wears sunscreen at any time other than thr summer, but I live in bongland. asian students going out with umbrella's on sunny days still catches me off guard
no wonder bongs r so ugly
Bong land and the pacific north west are probably some of the few safe places
there are face lotions with sunscreen added, and I can all but guarantee that many of the wammin you know have them, unless you live in the way northern UK
you don’t need sunscreen if you’re outside regularly throughout the year, it’s only if you’re indoors all the time to then spending hours outside that you’ll get burnt
>im going to clog my pores like a woman with makeup every day
no dumbshit just wear a hat
ummm anon you're supposed to 'creen up after you apply your toner and moisturiser
especially because the tret' you're on is increasing sun sensitivity
You're okay right now but you need to start using it ASAP. If you're a crispy browno you only need lotion every day. If you're white you need both lotion and sunscreen every day. It'll keep you looking young much longer. Also wear sunglasses when you're outside. It'll keep your vision healthy for longer
I think these threads are a psyop ad by sunscreen companies
>sunscreen gives you cancer
>the sun also gives you cancer
so is the only solution to wear a niqab everywhere? wtf are we supposed to do
yes

Becoming a troony Muslim is the only answer
i was a no sunscreen lifer, anon. you can definitely tell. my skin looks like shit and im 30. personally i like the rugged sunblasted look on a man but young women dont unfortunately
Personally I don't but maybe I should since I live in SEA. My gf puts sunscreen on religiously. Even at night because apparently there's UV radiation from lamps and light sources. Seems silly but then again her skin is gorgeously smooth and soft so she's doing something right.
She’s probably just Asian tho
it depends how much time you spend outside in the summer
do you burn easily? do you get sunburns often? do you build up a base tan in the spring months before it gets really hot?
it is obviously not good to go from winter paleness directly to sunburned in one day, but if you aren't outside much during the week, and wear appropriate sunscreen to avoid getting roasted whenever you're spending a saturday in the sun, you should be fine
women fixate on keeping their skin moisturized and looking young, but as long as you don't work outside in the afternoon and don't get sunburned a lot, you should be fine
(reminder that you still have to worry about the NORWOOD REAPER, however. has the Reaper swung his scythe in your direction, yet? is he harvesting you now?)
Use sunscreen when exposed to lots of sun daily however sunmaxx whenever you can for 10-20mins during peak UVB for a good tan.
yes, it is also good to increase your sun exposure after winter ends as the weather improves. get outside when you get a random 60 degree day in March, build up a base tan if you are prone to burning
>yeah lets put carcinogens on my skin then go out and damage my skin in the sun
>wonder why ppl get skin cancer
26, I consider sunscreen a myth. There's studies that show it causes cancer (not all of them, but a lot of them). The girls I know who wear sunscreen on their face have the greasiest skin, acne in mid-20s. It ages your skin faster. Do native indigenous people wear sunblock? Do based africans in the jungle wear sunblock? Did our roman ancestors wear sunblock?
ive never worn sunscreen am i gay?
If you actually follow the sunscreen recommendations they are totally incoherent
>You must wear it every day even if it's not sunny
>You must reapply every couple hours
>You must use an ounce (shotglass) worth (they never say whether this is for your face or whole body or what)
>You must wear it even if you're inside (glare comes in)
So if you followed the official guidelines that would mean using an entire bottle of sunscreen on an average winter day where you don't go outside
No, you don’t need sunscreen every day. That’s a new meme ~~*they*~~ made up to sell more sunscreen. And also it will disrupt your hormones.
Sunscreen is for unusual or special occasions in which you will be in the sun for long periods of time, like at the beach or skiing in the mountains.
For all the cancer posts, sunscreen has different ingredients.
You want zinc or some other mineral, not the oxy whatever shit that's literally banned in Hawaii and Australia because it kills coral reefs.
>this one isn't oxy bezene it's oxy benoate or whatever! It's safe!
Frick off it's zinc or nothing
