The only thing that fixed this for me was melatonin. But that isn't an ideal solution.

What a gay picture. How much of a loser do you have to be to imagine something like that.

Came to say this, but there is a weird amount of men that want women to be interested in their gaming.
I NEVER tell my gf's about my games, or make them watch me do shit on there, just as I won't sit and watch their crap junk american tv shows they binge.

This gaming gives women the ick big time. I was a huge gamer but grew out of it and only played legit games like counter strike. Then as you get older gaming gets more and more boring and modern gaming is just overall too much of a product and forced to enjoy anymore. Once you start smashing pussy and working out life becomes more fun than games. When I try to play anything now I just feel bored, eyes and neck hurt, and clicking a mouse isn't as fun as a physical hobby

Besides, any true gamer will know when you are in the zone the last thing you want is a b***h on your shoulder distracting you with her presence

got fit, got laid, got a social circle, and I'd still rather play thief 2 for the 47th time than wasting time with a women doing anything other than fricking

I want to horrify normie girls with intricate nerd knowledge of classic Doom, classic Tomb Raider, the Gothic series, VtM Bloodlines and every immersive sim. Already did this to my Stacey ex who only played shooters

My gf literally asked me to mirror my screen onto the living room TV when gaming so she could watch along, like the streamers she used to watch in highschool.
Sorry to hear that your girlfriend doesn't share your interests

Why? I don't see my gf as an object but as a friend

if a women truly loves a man, she will absorb his interests, and re-orient her entire life and being around him. doesnt mean she will be an incel-wetdream gamer gf, but she will at least pretend to care about your videogames.
on the other hand, men are under no obligation to care about their gf's/wife's hobbies, and if a women insist that you watch stupid shows with her about gay men (because its always about gay men for some reason) then you're a cuck

      it's not about the game.
My wife would do this when I was working on homework for college, she didn't understand calculus but it wasn't about the homework.
or now when I'm messing around with excel, making something in solidworks

I find it easier to change the time I go to sleep rather than the time I wake up. That shit is practically set in stone. I wouldn't even know how to wake up later without short term fast acting sleep aids like that over the counter stuff.

Hijacking thread a bit to generically ask: what are all of your sleep schedules like? Is it good for fitness to always wake up at similar times etc?

Waking up at the same time and going to bed at the same time is basically the best yes. It gives you a stable circadian rhythm. You may err once but as long it's just now and then rather than every night you'll have good sleep every night unless you have ADHD or some other sleep disorder.

Yeah in terms of sleeping you always want to wake up and go to sleep at the same time. Your body gets in the rhyme which makes it easier and more restful. Also obviously blue light 30 minutes before bed is another bad thing.

Mine however is not the best. I general aim for 11 in bed, and wake up around 8ish.

I want AI waifus to become a thing so much. I'll finally be able to get a girl who isn't disgusted by a man who likes this sort of stuff.
