I would eat these more but there’s a notice on the side of the box that says something like “one weekbix is 3x the amount of wheat a person should consume in a day”. I can’t remember what exactly. Maybe it’s bullshit but it make me paranoid. I eat 6 btw.

Unironically is weet bix a good starter for the day?
I'm lazy as frick in the morning, I just want to eat and go so they work great for that, but how many should I eat or should I throw in a cup of protein?

      Anonymous

I used to do 8 Weet-bix with a liter of milk and 2.5 scoops of protein.
I felt like throwing up afterwards, but it was good.

why not have porridge or nutri-grain?

        Anonymous

don't like porridge, but nutri-grain I always thought was more sugars than actual protein and cals?

          Anonymous

it has a lot of sugar but it's yummy

          Anonymous

its got more protein per cal but more of the carbs are sugar vs oats, which is fine if you work out in the morning
