You know one indirectly good thing about coming here I find is that it sort of motivates me a bit to lift. If I never read about or did anything about lifting I'm not sure I would have that same motivation. But coming here and hearing other people talk about lifting, how much they're lifting, etc., it's a motivation. Probably not a good idea to stick around on IST permanently, you should outgrow it completely after a while, but just reading this stuff kind of helps motivate me.
