I have average genetics and haven't trained for as long as him and was 210 with abs at the top of my bulk at 6'2". It's not unreasonable for someone with elite genetics/frame to have 20-30 pounds more than someone with average genetics after 10-15 years of training. I've only put about 3-4 solid years of training and I'm still progressing in size and strength. Your standards are too low.
Most of my friends that I went to the gym with as a beginner had faster progress compared to me (but stopped going). I was below average in PE in school. I have chronic pain and a slight scoliosis. It took me like 3 years to bench 2 plates with shit form. I have a small frame for my height. I genuinely don't think that I have above average genetics for building muscle

although i have to say i had some old gains from calisthenics but prior to starting again i had not trained for 5 years. my starting point was 5 pullups and 10-15dips untrained at 85kg. don't know about the other lifts because i did mostly only this for the first year
