How much water should I drink?

I literally feel like shit unless I drink a metric frickton of water each day, but it feels so unnatural to do so.

      I usually chug a few glasses of water after I wake up, and then also all throughout the day.

    none really, most liquid is from milk, coffee, tea, ice cream. i would drink if i was thirsty, but i am not. i think their is certainly some conspiracy regarding american's endless barrage of public-safety announcements reminding people to drink water as if they were not reminded to perform a basic bodily function they would perish. the whole phenomenon of people carrying water around everywhere they go is fricking hilarious, as if we don't have that shit piped everywhere you go

    Aim for 1/2 your body weight in OZ and stop whenever you feel more water would be too much. You'll eventually find your balance.
