bs.
>Fructose stimulates ghrellin
>while also nuking your system with calories
Wtf who could've foreseen this
I wanna get paid to make "studies" like these too, frick this gay earth. Get paid for nothing.
I'm a medgay and I was so disgusted by the life "science" academics I took classes with live. Also 90% of their studies they do start with preconceived notions that they skew their data towards because of bribes or personal bias.
>Also 90% of their studies they do start with preconceived notions that they skew their data towards because of bribes or personal bias.
Well they sound like real scientists, at least.
What our philosophically poor age doesn’t understand is that studies will always be meaningless even with the best intentions
>even with the best intentions
nah, and study in op is exactly kind guy in pic talks about.
>muh bias
Publish your own shit then, moron.
>But you don't understand, the chemicals aren't reacting the way I know they're supposed to
I don't miss being a chemist.
based, id only have to do one moron study for a big fat paycheck from the pharmajew.
>new study shows zyklon b time release for kids is safe for human consumption!
>high fructose corn syrup soda BAD
>high fructose fruit juice GOOD
Hmmm
bigThink, huh.
fructose in fruit good, fructose outside fruit toxic poison.
Who drinks 100% fruit juice, that is some bougie shit
anon, labels are always israeliteed
>They mean 100%****** fruit ********** juice***** (from concentrate)
and shit like that
but to be clear all sugarwater is going to have a similar effect if they sit around doing nothing with the extra fuel
Fruit juice is a calorie bomb that kids ate encouraged to drink multiple times a day. Of course it's fattening.
This explains my skinny fat body as a kid. I'm sure most of my calories came from juice. I would eat lunch and dinner, but I would drink 5 punches of Capri Sun a day and have soda with dinner. Didn't start drinking water with meals until I was 13 and immediately slimmed down.
Neither of those is fruit juice you moron.
what are some things we have no control over in our lives and need to learn to let go?
1. the obesity epidemic not improving: we really have no control over it. is it really worth it to get angry and obsessed with shaming fat people?
1. clickbait and academic hacks: 25 years of refusing to click on catchy headlines has not resulted in less clickbait, is it really worth it to continue to get angry at it?
>we have no control over it
We absolutely do. You’re correct in that nothing will be done, but that doesn’t mean it’s impossible
>shaming fat people?
bullying and public shaming work
>we really have no control over it
We do. In the 70s and 80s people were slim. Mainly because they did the opposite of what is advised for weightloss today.
People were slim because they ate more and exercised less?
Obesity has been cured and will not exist by the mid-2030s
Yeah I'm pretty sure that big pharma and the media are gearing up for a fattycaust, large financial firms are already quietly divesting themselves from junk food companies like Pepsico. Some of them will die from the Ozempic, but the overall profits and benefit to society will make up for it.
My 2yo daughter drinks orange juice, pomegranate juice and coconut water everyday, as well as large quantities of fatty meats, and she's lean as hell. Has visible vertical ab lines on her belly. Also incredibly strong for her age.
Is she hot?
So far, she has very favorable facial proportions and a really good canthal tilt angle. So yeah, she's probably going to grow into a very pretty girl, and most people say she's a pretty child.
remember to give her lots of hugs anon
Have sex with your daughter
Nice work anon ygmi
Great. She's using all that fuel to grow. That's about the only time anyone should be loading carbs.
yeah, my 4 year old loves juice
lil bro runs so much, jumps around places, constantly moving, so i've never worried about overfeeding him
>“One fundamental problem with juice is quantity; consuming fruit this way makes it so easy to overdose,” said coauthor and leading nutrition researcher Dr. Walter Willett, a professor of epidemiology and nutrition at Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health and professor of medicine at Harvard Medical School in Boston.
>“For example, how often do we eat three oranges? Yet, a glass of OJ is about three oranges that can be consumed in a minute or two, and we can go back and have another, and that will add many calories and lead to a spike in blood glucose,” Willett said in an email.
harvard huh
>people don't understand serving sizes
Wow what a great study!
Now do soda.
Mexicans drink soda all day because it's safer than water.
>“For example, how often do we eat three oranges? Yet, a glass of OJ is about three oranges that can be consumed in a minute or two, and we can go back and have another, and that will add many calories and lead to a spike in blood glucose,” Willett said in an email.
I've been eating 20 oranges a day (there are 1000 on my grandma's tree). We are not the same.
It's true thoe. One glass of orange juice has the calories of 8 orangies. Who eats 8 oranges at once without any fiber? On top of that, it's not a real orange juice, but a goyslop from powder, with added artificial taste and seed oils.
For real, any person will lose fat permamently if he stop drinking his calories.
I cannot stop drinking calories. I just eat less food
dumbass.
I drink 2 cups of 100% orange juice, not from concentrate, every morning and I'm a twink.
growing up I used to drink a whole quart throughout the morning.
the only time I've ever been fat is right before my growth spurt.
What was the point of this post
>durhur juice makes you fat
>post about how juice doesn't make you fat
>durrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr y u past?
But consuming too many calories absolutely does make you fat. You didn’t disprove that at all
the op is about juice making you fat you son of a dumb b***h.
And you think youve proven it doesn’t? Are you a literal moron?
I am an anecdote of it being false and there are tons of other ones in the world. there's even another one in this thread.
and there's tons of evidence of carbs and sugar not being fattening either. why are you crying so much?
If you think you can consume as many calories as you want without weight gain youre a certified moron. Full stop
>something completely unrelated to the conversation
You're probably active and don't drink a 2L of soda every day.
>linked to
>associated with
>correlated to
>hmmm... i have seen bombs kill people but has this been verified in a peer reviewed RCT?
> Doesn't really drink either fruit juice or soda
> Still 20%+ BF.
Did I just disprove science with logic and facts?
So its good for bulking?
I would say this is Big Soda pointing the blame, but they own companies like Snapple, Naked Juice, Simply, Minute Maid, and Tropicana.
The worst part is homosexuals whine about corporate greed, but have no problem when about 5% of SNAP benefits are spent on soda. That's billions in handouts to corporations everyone seems to be fine with.
i always had the perspective that everyone getting obese would mean less competition for me in terms of attractiveness. but im slowly starting to realize this also included women and the ones that aren't obese are mostly bawds i can't take seriously... this world is fricked
Honestly you people laugh at OJ hoarders, but you really don't have enough OJ yourselves. The average person drinks 1/2 gallon of OJ per day. If you have a family of 4, that's 14 gallons a week. Over 50 a month. OJ will be worth their weight in gold in a few months, because everyone needs it.
>The average person drinks 1/2 gallon of OJ per day
I dont remember the last time I saw anyone drink OJ.
blessed
There’s added sugars in 100% fruit juice I’m pretty sure. Only way to drink it and not be a fatass is to make your own as always
I've told you, fruit juice is so fricking sugar dense you might as well be drinking any other branded soft drink.
This it's natural so it can't be bad mindset is stupid, look after your macros and calories.
I wonder how much a difference pulp or added calcium and Vitamin C and D matter.
Each serving is still only 30% of daily value. Though I can't imagine an actual orange is much different.
