Fruit juice is a calorie bomb that kids ate encouraged to drink multiple times a day. Of course it's fattening.

This explains my skinny fat body as a kid. I'm sure most of my calories came from juice. I would eat lunch and dinner, but I would drink 5 punches of Capri Sun a day and have soda with dinner. Didn't start drinking water with meals until I was 13 and immediately slimmed down.

what are some things we have no control over in our lives and need to learn to let go?
    1. the obesity epidemic not improving: we really have no control over it. is it really worth it to get angry and obsessed with shaming fat people?
    1. clickbait and academic hacks: 25 years of refusing to click on catchy headlines has not resulted in less clickbait, is it really worth it to continue to get angry at it?

Yeah I'm pretty sure that big pharma and the media are gearing up for a fattycaust, large financial firms are already quietly divesting themselves from junk food companies like Pepsico. Some of them will die from the Ozempic, but the overall profits and benefit to society will make up for it.

My 2yo daughter drinks orange juice, pomegranate juice and coconut water everyday, as well as large quantities of fatty meats, and she's lean as hell. Has visible vertical ab lines on her belly. Also incredibly strong for her age.

    >“One fundamental problem with juice is quantity; consuming fruit this way makes it so easy to overdose,” said coauthor and leading nutrition researcher Dr. Walter Willett, a professor of epidemiology and nutrition at Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health and professor of medicine at Harvard Medical School in Boston.

    >“For example, how often do we eat three oranges? Yet, a glass of OJ is about three oranges that can be consumed in a minute or two, and we can go back and have another, and that will add many calories and lead to a spike in blood glucose,” Willett said in an email.

I've been eating 20 oranges a day (there are 1000 on my grandma's tree). We are not the same.

It's true thoe. One glass of orange juice has the calories of 8 orangies. Who eats 8 oranges at once without any fiber? On top of that, it's not a real orange juice, but a goyslop from powder, with added artificial taste and seed oils.
For real, any person will lose fat permamently if he stop drinking his calories.

The worst part is homosexuals whine about corporate greed, but have no problem when about 5% of SNAP benefits are spent on soda. That's billions in handouts to corporations everyone seems to be fine with.

Honestly you people laugh at OJ hoarders, but you really don't have enough OJ yourselves. The average person drinks 1/2 gallon of OJ per day. If you have a family of 4, that's 14 gallons a week. Over 50 a month. OJ will be worth their weight in gold in a few months, because everyone needs it.

I wonder how much a difference pulp or added calcium and Vitamin C and D matter.
Each serving is still only 30% of daily value. Though I can't imagine an actual orange is much different.
