How are you doing your dips? are you tucking the hips and pushing torso forward?
Yes, pulls ups when done at full ROM are hard because the engagement starts at the scapula. Is your scapula able to properly retract at 100kg+?
Try doing a lat pulldown + triceps extension on a cable machine. You'll need to be on your knees, maybe with a dip belt + 45+ lbs to keep from lifting off.
Push your shoulders forward as you do it to emphasize the backs of your shoulders and mid back.
Do it after you finish weighted pullups and dips, to finish off your muscles. Programming doesn't matter, just do like your body weight if you can, 3 sets to exhaustion.
Also consider adding machine rows and dumbbell shrugs for midback, traps, and delts. Rows do to exhaustion, be careful with weight and lifting up and putting down heavy dumbbells, easy to frick your shit up by slouching. Also don't do more than 20 shrugs per set.
