i couldn't do 1 pullup this year, bought a proper pullup stand for my room and elastic shit. Started grinding, 7 months later I can no do 4x12 wide grip pulls with no assistance.
Next goal is 4x12 muscle ups (hopefully mid next year). need to join a gym or do it outdoors though since my ceeling is too low

I do various pullups, chinups, dips and leg raisers. For the money I have 0 regrets.

dips ups is great
honestly, it's just a full range of motion pullover with a bent elbow. The fundamental movement is just an arcing pullover done from shoulders fully open to shoulders fully closed. Case closed
