That's called being disingenuous. How the frick am i supposed to know what the 82% stands for? Is it by volume? Weight? Macronutrients? Literally useless, manipulative information without context. Regardless, in all cases there's at most 18% left for fat. That's whatever. If you want actual high protein food rich in omega 3s, eat salmon.

Yeah okay first off you are being angry for no reason. Nothing is disingenuous. If you as taking about a macro nutrient, clearly the percentage is of calories. Water is by weight or volume. Regardless, nothing I said was incorrect, you just failed to apply common sense logic to what I said, that's not my fault.
81% is measured from dry weight you mongoloid.
And Omega Rich is in comparison to other foods, not in total percentage of weight, whether it is dry or not.
