TDEE/BMR calculators are almost always 100-200 calories within being correct. They give you a very good indication and baseline to start eating at when you decide to start tracking. I have success with using this for more then 5 cut and bulk cycles.

2200-2400 currently, just over one month in of recomp. Getting rather old tbqhwy, but my abs are starting to unfold, chest has a nice line, arms popping, the curtain is being pulled back on my lats, veins are surfacing, mires accumulating.
