ive been eating less, i cut my portions into half as much, i eat 3 meals and snack, this is what my usual daily intake is (im 129kg btw)
>breakfast - middle sized oatmeal with honey and milk.
>snack - small handful of nut mix
>lunch - 2 eggs and avacado on 2 pieces of toast
>snack handful of nut mix in r a mango or an ice cream
>dinner - 5 dim sims with onions sauce
>snack - desert of ice cream or handful of nut/chip mix
I use to eat twice as much in portions and have way bigger snacks wtf, its been a month of me eating smaller portions and im a kg heavier what the actual frick will i lose weight if i just stick to it for a few more months?
