      Okay and what does that do to you? Why dont you just move 5kg dumbbell while playing video games and get the craziest pump of your life? I mean at least say that you use steroids, then its fine. The metric for gains should be progressive overload. Are you improving on a weekly basis doing these? Getting a pump is a useless variable.

        pump is good for bloodflow and growth
        and just because he does amrap doesn’t mean he lifts lifght
        he could do 5x reps change weight
        8xreps change and 12xreps
        dropssets are also a great tool to grow
        just because you are stuck on 5x5 doesn’t mean these techniques aren’t useful

    how come when I use this thing it hurts my wrist. I usually do 80lbs preacher curls but this stupid fricking thing bends my wrists weird. doesn't feel natural at all

    Any tips ?

    I switched to machine chest push after my bench plateau and when I came back I was able to go past 2 plates easily.

    Tempt to do more machines to correct my muscle imbalances
