          because it’s proven that for triceps you can up the sets per week and it’ll give better gains

          you should tire your tris from bench thats the point of you know doing bench. press should tire your shoulders so lateral raises is moot. These routines always neglect forearms so just do that or curls if they aren't already somewhere else

            bench is actually more impactful on your tris. I agree but you shouldn't spend more time on them if you don't even touch other body parts like aforementioned forearms and probably calves as well. Also back is heavily neglected usually
